Just in time for the holidays, Marbella’s Board of Directors approved allowing residents to enjoy the 60% dining discount for their children, grandchildren, and siblings, and includes room service, too! This discount is in addition to the already successful “Family and Friends” discount, offering two 60% dining discounts a month, excluding Monday and Thursday evenings, and served in the dining rooms only. The family discount will go into effect on Friday, December 1, 2023. With the combination of the new discount, holidays, and record population, we ask that you call for advanced reservations the day prior so that we can provide you with Marbella’s outstanding service. The water feature repair to The Marbella’s front entrance is almost completed, and we expect it to be back into service before the Christmas holiday. Carpet installation in the residential corridors is complete in the north tower, and RD Johnson Construction is adding additional labor to complete the installation before the end of December, hopefully sooner! By now, you have received a copy of Marbella’s 2024 budget sent to you via US Mail. Marbella’s insurance costs increase from the 2023 budget is a startling 76%, which alone contributes to 7.7% of the 12.3% overall increase. Marbella is not alone with the increases in insurance premiums as every Florida condominium and homeowner has been impacted.
