Hello Marbella, A lot of exciting things are going on around us! We are nearing the end of construction in the towers. I will be doing the final punch-out very soon. You’ll see it all come together when lighting and new furnishings arrive. We have begun the storage locker replacement. We have also entered the production phase of the elevator’s replacement. You should start to see the staging of materials for that project in the next few months.

The fire alarm system is in the engineering phase, which I was told would take about two months. The kitchen project is advancing; new equipment should be arriving soon. We are doing our best to keep up with all the action and maintain your in-unit services as steady as possible; wait times for work orders may get a little bit longer from time to time due to the building workload. But the Maintenance Department is doing its best to make this seamless. All our departments are working together to make your home the most pleasant place to live. When you visit your friends and neighbors or even take a vacation, we want you to say this was amazing, but there is no place like home. I sincerely hope we, as a staff, are making your wants and desires come true in a big way!
