Seniors Fan Day As graduation approaches, Seniors are enjoying their in-school fun activities. Last week, they celebrated Fan Day where they dressed up as their favorite characters. Soccer players, superheroes, and famous artists were some of the amazing costumes they wore!

Zumba Class Middle School students enjoyed a Zumba Class donated by our Alumna Ana Joselina Fortín (’90), owner of AJ Fitness, for the first Houses Activity of the year. Everybody danced to the dynamic Zumba rhythm!
AJ Fitness instructors were in charge of getting everyone pumped to dance! Thank You!

Alumni Corner María del Pilar Luna, ‘‘Pili’’ Luna (’90) Alumna Pili Luna is an ecologic designer that represents Honduras internationally, and provides shoes to hundreds of impoverished Honduran children. Pili graduated with the Class of 1990 from AST, and studied at Endicott College in Boston Massachusetts, Marketing and Product Design. She was a stay at home mom until 2014, when she decided to create VOS HONDURAS. She started this project in her garage, combining her passion for photography with her knowledge on making shoes. She was invited to design a portfolio for Fashion Week with her printed photos. She created the first shoe line with printed images of Honduran Artists, like Julio Vizquerra, and Arturo Sosa. Currently, she is a well-known designer and has represented Honduras in the Bienal Iberoamericana of Design that was held in Spain last year. She uses recycled materials to make shoes and donate to children in rural areas of the country that need it the most. She has made shoes for two public schools already, and plans to help much more children this 2019. You can find her page in social media as VOS Honduras. Congrats! #proudeagle
