On behalf of the American Line Builders Chapter, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the 63rd Annual NECA District 10 Membership and Council Meeting in Marco Island, Florida.
As we gather under this year ’ s theme Powering the Next Era of Line Construction we recognize this as a pivotal moment for our industry. Together, we have the opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and help shape what comes next.

When planning attire, you are welcome to get into the theme for each evening.
Sunday Opening Reception: Futuristic Welcome theme with NEON and GLOW
Tuesday Closing Reception: Beach Concert with Retro Florida theme (think vibrant citrus tones, Aperol spritz, beach vibes, and lush tropical greenery. Color palette: orange, white, green, and yellow.
Check In: 4:00 pm | Check Out: 11:00 am
Mandatory Quiet Time at the resort is 10:00 pm. No outside music.
Pool Chairs & Cabanas and Spa Services are available for booking
Beach Resort Fee Includes:
One beach umbrella and up to four chairs daily
Two-hour bike rental for up to two people daily
Morning beach yoga and one fitness class daily for up to two people
Access to resort golf practice facilities including range balls and bottled water for up to two people for up to four hours daily
Daily transportation to/from resort golf courses for up to two people
Tennis court rental at Hammock Bay Golf Club for up to two people for up to four hours daily
In room enhanced high speed internet access
Self-parking Fee: $35 00 daily | Valet: $45 00 daily
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you rent a vehicle, be sure to watch your speed. There are many officers monitoring speeds. Take extra caution as you come over the bridge into Marco Island, the police often setup a speed trap as a welcome gift.
The Dip is a funk and rhythm and blues band that was formed in 2013 by music students at the University of Washington in Seattle
The band combines a typical pop instrumentation with a 3-part horn section. They have released three full-length albums as well as two instrumental EPs.



The band has played several music festivals and also embarked on longer tours, including a 2019 tour of Europe, a 2022 tour supporting Lake Street Dive, a performance at Bonnaroo Music Festival and most recently opening for The Red Clay Strays in 2025
