The American Canadian School of Medicine (ACSOM) offers an integrated curriculum mirroring leading US and Canadian medical schools. ACSOM is the only non-profit Caribbean medical school serving US and Canadian students The MD program boasts a physician-led, small-group, immersive classroom experience over four years, with the first two years on our world-class campus in Dominica followed by two years of clinical training at our US partner teaching hospitals

The school is fully accredited by the Independent Association of Accredited Registrars (IAAR) and holds preliminary accreditation from the Accreditation Commission on Colleges of Medicine (ACCM) Both accrediting bodies are recognized by the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME).
