Our Customer Technical Service (CTS) reps will support you before, during, and after package conversion, free of charge. Reps are located through the U.S. —within six hours of most areas— so they can be there in person to:
Perform line auditing three to four months before conversion.
Provide on-site support during initial conversion.
Follow up with additional support within 30-60 days.
Visit your plant regularly to provide ongoing support.
We have the molds to make all catalog products listed in the Thinwall Containers and Lids Product Guide. Check with your sales representative for products that are in stock and ready to ship.
Minimum order quantities for stock products are one pallet of the container, plus the equivalent number of lids.
Minimum order quantities for custom printed products vary based on the size and style of the products and the number of colors in the artwork. For line artwork on smaller containers, minimum orders are 30,000 units. Process art requires at least 100,000 units for smaller containers. For line art on pails, the minimum order quantity is 3,000 units. We can print on quantities less than minimum for an upcharge. Speak to your sales representative about your custom printed order.
Q: Can I get a product in a custom color?
Yes, we can match to a custom color, but a minimum order quantity is required, depending on the container and color. Speak to your sales representative about specific sizes.
Q: What type of decoration is available?
We specialize in custom decoration with dry-offset print, Iconic print (high definition, flexographic printing), In-Mold Labeling (IML), heat transfer labels, and pressure sensitive label options for our container and pail product lines.
Standard minimum production lead-time is three weeks. Lead times may vary based on special circumstances and will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
Our standard minimum shipping lead time for any Amcor arranged freight is 3 business days, meaning all orders for product that is completed and ready to ship must be placed at least 3 days in advance of the requested ship date.
Yes, we will ship less than truckload (LTL) orders. Make sure you confirm with your customer service representative what costs are involved with LTL shipments.
