In this ticketed event, a handful of talented local chefs are each paired with a Parade home, where they serve up signature dishes in hopes of earning the coveted Best Chef award. Attendees enjoy an exclusive first glimpse of the featured homes, sample delicious creations, and cast their votes for the chef who stole the show—making it a flavorful favorite on the event calendar.

PARADE PREMIER PARTY

This year marked the inaugural Parade Premier Party, hosted at a stunning Parade home by Cross Construction. Guests enjoyed an exclusive first look at this show-stopper residence while celebrating the launch of the 2025 Parade of Homes in style. PARADE GRAND OPENING AT TERRAINE
