Each year, it is a crapshoot on how many applications we receive for homes, and this year was no different. Home applications came in at the 11th hour, homes had to be withdrawn from the Showcase due to progress, and homes were barely completed before opening weekend. Sounds stressful, right? Well, it is! I can tell you from experience it is no small task to achieve 16 homes. Thank you to all my team members sitting on my Showcase of Homes committee and the fantastic Executive Officer of the PCAHBA. Their active participation, assistance, and commitment are the reason we can continue, year after year, to put on a remarkable Showcase of Homes.
