En el ámbito internacional, refrendamos nuestra presencia al representar a la Cámara Interamericana de Asociaciones Nacionales de Agentes Marítimos (CIANAM) en el Congreso 2025 de FONASBA, celebrado en Estambul, donde recibimos un reconocimiento por el impulso que México ha brindado al fortalecimiento de la Cámara Interamericana.
Durante el evento, Alejandro Malagón, Presidente de la Confederación de Cámaras Industriales de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (CONCAMIN), compartió un mensaje de reconocimiento al trabajo de AMANAC y a la labor de nuestro Presidente, destacando la importancia de mantener la colaboración interinstitucional para el desarrollo del sector. Con este brindis cerramos un año de avances y trabajo conjunto.
En AMANAC seguimos convencidos de que el futuro del sector marítimo-portuario se construye con liderazgo gremial, diálogo permanente y una visión compartida que contribuya al fortalecimiento del comercio exterior y al desarrollo económico de México.

Royal Caribbean ingresó a evaluación ambiental su proyecto Royal Beach Club Cozumel, anunciado en 2024 con una inversión de 75 millones de dólares. El desarrollo, previsto en la carretera Costera Sur de la isla, tendría capacidad para 4,000 turistas diarios e incluirá infraestructura de playa y servicios distribuidos en distintas áreas, sobre un predio de 17.42 hectáreas, de las cuales 1.1 corresponden a la Zona Federal Marítimo Terrestre.
