Wits Metro Wellness Gym The Wits Metro Wellness Gym is situated on the Wits Education Campus on St. Andrews Road, Parktown and focuses primarily on individuals interested in maintaining and improving fitness for a healthy lifestyle under the supervision of a biokineticist and nursing sister. Adult members of the public are welcome to join the gym.
The Gym also focuses on chronic disease rehabilitation including: Cardiac disease High blood pressure Diabetes Vascular conditions Back and neck conditions Arthritis Mild neurological impairments
