SHERIFF OFFICE / COURT A sheriff is an impartial and independent official of the Court appointed by the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services. We serve / execute all documents issued by courts. This include summons, notices, warrants & court orders. During evictions or property repossessions, we are also called upon to ensure that the process is carried out peacefully and without violence. Our service is monitored by South African Board for Sheriffs ensuring that it’s executed in a humane manner.
