TheprimarypurposeoftheLegalPractitioners FidelityFund(‘theFund’)istoreimburseclientsof LegalPractitionerswhomaysufferpecuniaryloss duetothetheftofmoneyorpropertyentrustedto anattorneyinthecourseofhis/herpracticeassuch, orwhereanattorneyactsasexecutoror administratorinadeceasedestate,orasatrusteein aninsolventestate.
