Das Herz der Familie Weber schlägt seit vielen Generationen für Kleiderbügel. Es begann 1868 in Brandau, einer Stadt im Erzgebirge. Dort stellte Josef Weber das berühmte Holzspielzeug her. Sein Sohn Anton Weber spezialisierte sich nach der Übernahme des Betriebs auf die Produktion von Leiterwagen und rund fünfzig Jahre später begann man mit der Herstellung von Kleiderbügeln. 1945 flüchtete die Familie und Rudolf Weber entschied sich für den Odenwald, weil es hier üppige Buchen- und Eichenwälder gab. Denn Holz spielte eine wichtige Rolle in seiner Planung für die Zukunft, in der er die Fertigung von Kleiderbügeln fortsetzen wollte. Um den Bedürfnissen des Marktes gerecht zu werden, nahm man Anfang der 60er Jahre Kleiderbügel aus Kunststoff in das Lieferprogramm auf. Die Nachfrage wuchs rasch und schon bald war die Firma Weber mit rund 140 Arbeitsplätzen ein wichtiger Arbeitgeber in der Region.

Die Leidenschaft zu Kleiderbügeln und das in vielen Jahrzehnten gesammelte Fachwissen stellen die Qualität sicher und erlauben gleichzeitig die Entwicklung neuer Innovationen. Das sowie entsprechende Modernisierungs- und Rationalisierungsmaßnahmen eröffneten der Rudolf Weber KG im Laufe der Jahre neue Märkte in Europa und Übersee. Viele der Produkte aus unserem ausgereiften Sortiment, das weit mehr als 10.000 verschiedene Modelle aus Holz, Kunststoff und Metall umfasst, liefern wir an Kunden in der ganzen Welt. Doch trotz diesem weltweiten Handel produzieren wir auch heute noch im eigenen Unternehmen in Bad König. For many generations the Weber family has had its heart in clothes hangers. It all began in 1868 in Brandau, a town in the Ore Mountains, where Josef Weber made the celebrated wooden toys. When he took over the company, Anton Weber, his son, specialised in the production of hay carts and some fifty years later the company began manufacturing clothes hangers. When they fled in 1945, Rudolf Weber and his family chose the ‘Odenwald’ region due to the large number of beech and oak woods. His wish was to continue with the production of clothes hangers, so wood was going to play an important part in his plans for the future. At the beginning of the 1960s, in order to meet the needs of the market, they added plastic clothes hangers to the product range. Demand increased rapidly and, providing work for around 140 people, Weber had soon become any important employer in the region. The passion for clothes hangers and the expert knowledge built up over decades helps to guarantee quality and at the same time to develop new innovations. Over the years measures designed to modernise and rationalise the business enabled Rudolf Weber KG to open new markets in Europe and overseas. Many of the products in our established range of well in excess of 10,000 different types made from wood, plastic and metal are supplied to customers all over the world. However, although we trade globally, we still manufacture today in our own company in Bad König.

Eine rutschfeste Lackierung ist die optisch unauffälligste Variante der AntiRutsch-Möglichkeiten. Hierbei werden die Schulterbereiche der Bügel mit einem transparenten Speziallack versehen.

Eine samtähnliche Beflockung auf den Schulterbereichen der Bügel sieht ansprechend aus und verhindert wirkungsvoll das Abrutschen der Kleidung.

Selbstklebende Silikonstreifen für die Schulterbereiche verhindern effektiv das Abrutschen von Kleidungsstücken. Sikons können auch nachträglich montiert werden und sind separat erhältlich.

A non-slip lacquer is the least optically obtrusive of the non-slip options. It involves coating the shoulder areas of the hangers with a special transparent lacquer.
