In each stage of our life we look for where we belong. As a young kid we liked playing pee wee soccer on the teams that our friends were on. As a young girl we may have joined Girl Scouts because our neighbors were already involved. As a high school student we may have found our safe space in a classroom where a teacher allowed us to eat lunch or hang out after school. In college you got involved with the Alpha Delta Kappa Collegiate Club (AΔKCC) because you found other students who were passionate about pursuing a career in education, others who wanted to make a difference in your school community, and people who would help you grow as a leader and an educator. The same is true in the real world. We gravitate towards the people that have our same passions and desires for the causes that mean a lot to us. In an educational setting, that is
