All Saints’ College is the principal entity within a broader educational ecosystem that also includes The Studio School and Little Saints Childcare. While these campuses have their own distinct brands, identities and locations, they operate under the All Saints’ College legal structure and fall within the governance of the College’s Board and Leadership Team. Together, they reflect the College’s commitment to offering innovative and inclusive education across all stages of learning.
Principal’s Message
KAYA AND WANJU. HELLO AND WELCOME TO OUR 2025 ANNUAL REPORT FOR BOTH ALL SAINTS’ COLLEGE (ASC) – WHICH INCLUDES LITTLE SAINTS, OUR NEW CHILDCARE FACILITY – AND OUR FREMANTLE SCHOOL, THE STUDIO SCHOOL (TSS).
ASC celebrated its 44th birthday in 2025, Little Saints enjoyed its first full year of operations and TSS was proud to see graduates of its fourth cohort of Year 12 students.
Committed to diversity and inclusion, we strongly believe there are as many measures of success as there are young people in our community. We do, though, celebrate at the commencement of each year one specific measure and that is the ATAR results of our graduates, and 2025 saw us celebrating two ASC students’ perfect scores of 99.95. (With only 18 perfect scores achieved across the entire state, ASC was proud to represent 11% of WA’s perfect scores!)
This year also saw the College further establish its position as a lighthouse school in the nation for its groundbreaking New Metrics for Success work in partnership with the University of Melbourne. A number of our Year 12s now have the coveted and co-warranted University of Melbourne credential on their CV, with more to come in the new year.
And to support this important New Metrics work in 2026, the College created this year ASCent, our first AI bot – a bot dedicated to supporting our teaching staff in their New Metrics work.
Through our Beyond Boundaries Institute, established in 2018, we were delighted to host our second biennial conference, ReimaginED. This conference saw over 250 delegates from across the nation and the world join us over three days to engage with a range of provocations – all part of our
commitment to ensuring a responsive and relevant education for all young people.
The College fully launched in 2025 Little Saints (LS) Childcare, and we are delighted to have already received from its regulatory body the highest possible rating of “Exceeding” for our service, thanks to the efforts of many.
Additionally, amongst many upgrades and improvements across our campus, we created three new light-filled Science learning spaces and completed Nyit Gabbiljee*, our beautiful ecology precinct that provides for us a range of outdoor teaching and learning areas.
By every measure, 2025 has been a most successful year for ASC, LS and TSS, and I thank all who have contributed to that – our Board and staff, our families and friends, our students and former students, and our many wonderful partner organisations.
It has been a privilege to work with all these groups and, as my time as Principal concludes at the end of 2025, I thank everyone for their support and wish the ASC, LS and TSS communities continued success and every happiness, going forward.

Financial Results
Enrolments at the Bull Creek campus remained close to capacity in 2025 (at 98%) with a few vacancies only available in Years 10 to 12. Waiting lists continue to grow across most year groups.
TSS was also near capacity (90%) continuing the strong demand for this alternate learning environment.
In its first full year of operations, Little Saints Childcare saw month on month increases in enrolments through 2025, resulting in income generated by Little Saints as a % of total College income, increasing from 1.4% in 2024 to 7.7% in 2025. The continued growth of Little Saints aligns with the All Saints’ strategy to both diversify the income streams of the College and to become less
reliant on direct government funding (falling from 28% of total income in 2024 to 26% in 2025).
As with all independent schools across Australia, salary related expenditure continues to be the major operating cost – at 74% of total expenses in 2025. Continued strong cost control saw non-salaried operating expenses only increase by 0.4% in 2025.
The Science Extension and All Saints’ Ecology (Wetlands) Precinct (Nyit Gabbiljee) were completed on time and budget in 2025, for the benefit all current and future students.

The College maintains accurate attendance records through the systematic monitoring of all students’ attendance. Attendance is recorded for each student enrolled at the College, including daily Tutor Group attendance in the morning and period by period attendance across the school day in the Senior School.
The Student Services Office oversees the monitoring of student absences and generates regular absence reports for Tutors, Heads of House/Head of Transition, the Director of Senior School (Student Wellbeing) and the Principal. Where patterns of absence are identified as potentially impacting a student’s educational progress or wellbeing, appropriate and timely strategies are implemented by members of the Wellbeing Team to support improved attendance.

Head of Campus Message
2025 HAS BEEN A SIGNIFICANT YEAR FOR TSS, MARKED BY EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, STRENGTHENED PARTNERSHIPS AND CONTINUED INNOVATION IN HOW WE DEFINE AND ASSESS SUCCESS.
On the academic front, 2025 saw us continue to broaden our curricular offering at TSS, while also deepening our groundbreaking work with New Metrics for Success in partnership with the University of Melbourne. This year marked the formal embedding of the New Metrics competencies for Year 10 students, alongside credentialling for those Year 12 students who chose to opt in. This work represents a significant reimagining of what we value and measure in education, genuinely new ground, and long overdue, both nationally and globally.
This year also saw the introduction of weekly yoga for wellbeing, an initiative we are keen to grow, alongside the development of new and deeper partnerships with artists and creatives, community organisations, universities and businesses. These partnerships were made visible through two student-created murals: one on our campus, and another delivered as part of the City of Fremantle’s Our Voice | Our Mark initiative. Through this project, students planned, pitched and painted their mural while working alongside an experienced mentor, engaging meaningfully with the creative process and the wider community.
Another partnership that has been further strengthened in 2025 is with Curtin University, particularly through its pilot of the Changemakers for Sustainability program at TSS. This marks the first time this tertiary program has been adapted for a secondary school audience, with our Year 10 students the inaugural participants. The program enabled cross-institutional collaboration and supported students to engage with a real-world sustainability challenge beyond the TSS campus: the rewilding of William Street.
In 2025, TSS was also named runner-up in the Business and Professional Services category at the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce Awards. We thank our community for its support of our nomination and for recognising the work of the school through these prestigious awards.
Finally, thank you to our parents for the feedback provided through our 2025 annual survey. We were delighted to see satisfaction ratings in the 90s across all 10 operational areas surveyed. This year, our average satisfaction rating was 95%, a significant increase from an average of 80% across the same criteria in 2024, and a result of which we are extremely proud.

Director’s Message
LITTLE SAINTS HAS CONTINUED TO GO FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH IN 2025.
In January of 2025, we opened our fourth room and launched our bespoke Three-Year-Old Kindergarten which was always intended to be a flag ship program within Little Saints. The Three-Year-Old Kindergarten marries the high-quality learning programs of All Saints’ College with extended care to help meet the needs of our families.
Bringing this program into Little Saints also meant bringing our All Saints’ College teachers into Little Saints. Our inaugural teaching team was made up of Ashley Lyon, Cheryl Parker and Bec Clothier. This program is unique in that it offers the best of a school-based program and the best of a program operated from within an Education and Care setting. It is led by highly qualified teachers with the option of extended care and the added advantage that families can now claim the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) while their children are enrolled in this program. Our Three-Year-Old Kindergarten program has proven to be very popular within our community and in 2026 we will see the extension of this offering to include a second class.
In 2025, we also saw the development of an incredibly important role within Little Saints, our Pedagogical Lead. This role is part of the Little Saints Leadership team, and our inaugural Pedagogical Lead is Ashley Lyon who previously taught Year 1 in the College. A point of difference for us in having a Pedagogical Lead is that Ashley is also an Early Childhood Teacher, which is not always the case in Education and Care settings. Over 2025, Ashley was instrumental in building the Three-Year-Old program, both as a teacher within the program and as the Pedagogical Lead. This role has also seen her working alongside all of our educators, supporting and coaching them to
evolve their practice and in support of high-quality learning programs. This is an incredibly exciting role and milestone for the Little Saints team.
...after one year of operation, Little Saints received an overall rating of Exceeding... it is very unusual to be rated exceeding within the first service rating, so this is something we are incredibly proud of.
The overall Little Saints staffing team has grown significantly over 2025, as we have gradually increased the number of children enrolled in the service. By the end of 2025, Little Saints had 22 ongoing staff members with several casual staff members supporting the service. All of the Leadership Team are Early Childhood qualified teachers, including our Administration Assistant ensuring Little Saints is led with children and best practice at the heart of our work. One of the unexpected, yet wonderful surprises that has unfolded over 2025 is that many of our educators have commenced or continued studying to be teachers. Ten of our educators are currently studying to be Early Childhood teachers, which is something special and allows Little Saints to operate a program with a highly qualified and professional team. One staff member who started studying in 2025 said “It was being part of such an incredible team that inspired me to achieve my degree. Little Saints made me realise that I can do it”.
Little Saints has continued to thrive in 2025 with one big, little moment that helps us know this to be true. In August 2025, we undertook our first assessment and rating. The Education and Care Regulatory Unit (ECRU) spent a full day at Little Saints with us, observing our practice and discussing how we operate with our educators. Following this assessment, after one year of operation, Little Saints received an overall rating of Exceeding. We have consistently heard from our networks that it is very unusual to be rated exceeding within the first service rating, so this is something we are incredibly proud of.
We look forward to going from strength to strength and are excited to see our first Little Saints ThreeYear-Old Kindergarten children begin their journey at All Saints’ College in 2026.
Yours sincerely
This data is collated from the month of October which most accurately represents the enrolments for that year.
