Man Is Held For Milford Church Fire MILFORD

tate police have arrested a Springfield Center man and charged him with starting the fire that destroyed the Milford United Methodist Church on March 12. Gerald E. Althiser Jr., 20, was arrested Saturday, July 8, suspected of starting fires in two campers. ents.
