Gillian’s Killer Denied Parole After Petition ONEONTA

avid Dart, the man convicted of murdering 18 year old Gillian Gibbons in 1989, has been denied parole, Gillian’s sister Jennifer Kirkpatrick announced Gibbons Monday, Nov. 25. “I’m thankful that we have more time,” she said. “The longer we can keep him in prison, the better off they are.” She credited the community letter writing campaign with the board’s decision, However, she said, he will be up for parole again in May 2021.
