2025 COMMUNITY IMPACT REPORT

LETTER FROM CEO

As I reflect on the many ways Allied Solutions and our employees strengthen the communities we serve, I’m continually inspired by our shared commitment to making a difference. Our passion for service extends far beyond our day-to-day responsibilities. It’s woven into who we are as a company and fuels our long-term success.

I’m proud to share our 2025 Community Impact Report, which highlights the measurable progress we’ve made, the employee stories of leading through service, and the priorities guiding our community engagement strategy.

This year, our team showed up in remarkable ways. Employee volunteerism reached new heights and participation in community initiatives continued to grow. Nothing reflects our Blue Culture values more clearly than seeing our people invest their time, energy and heart into causes that matter.

We also continued to build on key partnerships, deepening our commitment to longstanding partners like the PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes, Arbor Day Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network. Our partnership with the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts gave us a front row seat to the impact of arts and culture on the local economy.

Thank you to the employees and partners who contributed to our community impact in 2025. Your dedication is what makes Allied Solutions a force for good.

Sincerely,

BUILDING FINANCIAL STABILITY

Our commitment to supporting our neighbors starts with our business –from responding when natural disasters strike to protecting their assets through insurance products. We know that when basic needs are met, our neighbors can focus on building financial stability with secure tomorrows for themselves and their families.

During our United Way campaign, Allied employees sorted and packed donations at Food Bank of Siouxland, an organization that provides food to approximately 100 member agencies across 11 counties.

Our 16th annual United Way campaign saw record employee engagement with 577 employees participating or donating.

We fought hunger and helped to fill bellies. We volunteered at food banks, pantries and hunger relief agencies in every community where we have an office. In Plano, our employees volunteered at Minnie’s Food Pantry, Trusted World and Feed Our Starving Children.

According to Feeding America, around 47.9 million Americans are facing hunger. From our partner, Gleaner’s Food Bank of Indiana, we know that 1 in 8 Hoosiers are food insecure.

South Bend employees packed 200 care kits for unhoused neighbors in their community.

HONORING OUR HEROES

According to U.S. Census data, there are nearly 16 million veterans in the U.S. Our donations and volunteerism span a variety of programs that honor and uplift our heroes. It’s our way of saying thank you.

Employees joined our CEO Pete Hilger on Veterans Day in Carmel to pack 200 care kits for veterans experiencing homelessness.

In partnership with an Indianapolis YMCA chapter, employees served veterans during a Veterans Day brunch.

Employees in Indiana collected donations for the food and clothing pantries at Helping Veterans and Families (HVAF) and helped to sort and distribute items to local veterans.

According to HVAF, one in ten individuals experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis are veterans. We are proud to support life-changing and life-saving services for our heroes.

FOSTERING VIBRANT COMMUNITIES

Civic engagement, access to green spaces and thriving arts organizations strengthen community connections. Allied’s commitment to social impact is an investment in fostering vibrant communities for employees, residents and visitors.

Allied employees in Dakota Dunes and Carmel collected more than 5 tons of litter at the Sioux City Litter Dash and with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful.

In partnership with Arbor Day Foundation, Allied employees planted more than 400 trees at their homes or nearby schools and parks.

Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts welcomes performers from around the world to enrich the fabric of our community. Acts like The Queen’s Cartoonists, pictured above, bring innovative programming to students and families in Central Indiana. Arts organizations not only inspire, but they stimulate local economies. As the campus naming sponsor of the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts, we’re proud to say that the Allied Solutions Center generates more than $27 million annually in economic activity.

EMPOWERING OUR YOUTH

As an employer, we’re looking to build the next generation of employees who can lead our organization in the future. This year, we gave back to organizations that are committed to youth wellbeing through health care and mentorship. We empower our youth as a way to build our future.

Our team from Carmel volunteered at Rileypalooza. This Riley Children’s Hospital event features music, games and activities for patients and their families.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) is one of our longest-running partnerships. Since 1980, Allied Solutions has been supporting CMNH’s mission treating more than 10 million children annually.

Employees from Allied’s technology team shared their skills and talked about their tech career paths at a STEM day camp for girls.

Employees and summer college interns in the St. Paul office wrote letters to children currently battling terminal illnesses at Children’s Minnesota Hospital.
