Specific
A specific goal should answer the Ws: Who, What, Where, When, and Why. For instance, rather than saying, "I want to improve my skills," a specific goal would be, "I want to enhance my project management skills by completing an online course in the next three months "
Measurable
Measurable goals have concrete criteria for measuring progress. If your goal is to enhance client relationships, a measurable aspect could be, "I aim to increase client satisfaction ratings by 20% by the year-end."
Achievable
Goals should be realistic and attainable. While ambition is important, setting an achievable goal means assessing your current resources and constraints and planning accordingly.
Relevant
Relevance refers to focusing on something that makes sense with the broader business objectives. For instance, if a major company goal is to improve digital presence, a relevant personal goal could be to learn more about digital marketing.
Time-Bound
Every goal needs a target date, providing a deadline to focus on and something to work toward. This part of the SMART goal framework helps prevent everyday tasks from taking priority over your longer-term goals.

The first month of Operation Positive Yards has been very successful, with many new customers joining Allied to help expand our business. In Boise, we have two teams: one consisting of Grady, Caleb, and Tyler, and another comprising Joe, Eliza, and Andy. Mitch and Terry make up a team in Eastern Idaho, while Carrie and Kevin are teamed up in SLC. The winning team will be treated to a steak dinner and have their names engraved on our trophy.
Tyler secured the Hardware Champions Belt for April, while Grady led the company in overall revenue. Our IT department has significantly supported sales by managing IT opportunities, and we anticipate adding many more in the upcoming months. Additionally, Brent has been excelling in promoting our software solutions, such as ABBYY and MFiles.
