ARVANE PLAZA
The design is based on simplicity and clarity in form and layout. Spaces are organized to allow smooth movement through the building and easy access to entrances and shared areas. Outdoor green spaces are placed around the building to create a calm setting and provide residents with places to relax and gather.
The building uses concrete panels as the main exterior material for a strong and modern look, with wood accents to add warmth. A flat roof was chosen to keep the design simple.

DUOVIA BUILDING
A commercial podium activates the street, supporting multi generational residential units above for seniors, students, and families. The elevation reflects a clear transition from public to private, expressing both programmatic and social duality.
A centralized vertical core and rational plan geometry establish clarity and efficiency. Multi-generational residential units are unified within a cohesive system, while the façade reflects this internal order through controlled solidity and transparency.
AURELIS STATION
The form of the fire station is derived from operational clarity. The horizontal mass organizes program and vehicle movement efficiently, while the extended roof emphasizes coverage and protection. The architecture prioritizes visibility, durability, and direct access, translating emergency response logic into built form.
