Set against the breathtaking scenery of the Omani coastline and the towering Hajar Mountains, the third leg of the Global Champions Arabians Tour in Muscat was a true celebration of Arabian horse breeding at its finest. Seasoned competitors returned to the ring, joined by outstanding horses from Omani breeders, while distinguished guests and devoted enthusiasts from across the globe came together for three days of thrilling competition and cultural festivities. The panel of judges included Graham Smith from Australia, Helen Hennekens-van Nes from Belgium, Abdel Raouf Abbas from Egypt, Marc Veray from France, Klaus G. Beste from Germany, Burchard Schröder from Germany, Tamas Rombauer from Hungary, Christian Moschini from Italy, Mohamed Machmoum from Morocco, Lucas Gozdzialski from Poland, Alicja Poszepczyńska from Poland, Renata Schibler from Switzerland, Urs Aeschbacher from Switzerland, Emma Maxwell from the United Kingdom, Majed Abdullah Al Mehyawi from Saudi Arabia, and Antonia Bautista Torrandell from Spain. The show started with four yearling classes divided into two fillies and two colt classes. nearly perfect 20’s on head and neck, claiming not only the class victory with 91.53 points, but also winning the Bronze medal in the final yearling filly championships. Second in this class with 91.22 points was Sama Al Jumail (Ibn Farid x Assayla al Shaqab), bred and owned by Al Jumail stud. Class B of the yearling fillies also showed great quality. It was a real battle between the top three scoring horses. AJ Sindala (Gaith Al Zobair x AJ Sajwa), bred and owned by Ajman Stud, secured a hard-fought victory with 92 points, edging out Tasheel Al Shaqab (Excalibur EA x Sarrah Al Jassimiya), bred by Al Shaqab stud and owned by Al Hamama Stud, by just 0.03 points. Later in the championships, Neeran made her come-back and took the Silver medal, leaving the Gold to Sindala. The show continued with the yearling colts, class A.
