We, the organizers of this European –Masters-, Newcomer & ECAHO National Championships, would like to thank you! Since more than 20 years we all together created an unique event for the Arabian horses.

First time this year ECAHO EBF support the European Championships with more than 15.000 Euros prizemoney!!

It was not easy to organize this show during all this years! But you gave us back a very warm support that you are standing behind us and what we are doing for the Equestrian Sport with Arabian horses!!

Four Championships open for riders from all ECAHO member countries, at the same venue We hope that the spirit of this show will continue and force others to participate as well in the future.

The European Championship event is now a home for the Arabian Sport horses all over Europe & Middleeast.

At all prizegiving & Grand Nation Parade the horse & the rider correct dressed & mounted, must be present. If not, they will be disqualified and the next horses will be ranked up. Grand Nations Parade all participants be invited to be present, under the same rules. Incorrect dressed riders cannot represent their country. National banner in front of the Nationality.

Die Schweizer Zuchtgenossenschaft für Arabische Pferde wurde 1973 von 37 Mitgliedern gegründet. 1975 wurde das Schweizer Stutbuch für Vollblutaraber von der WAHO (World Arabian Horse Organization) anerkannt und die SZAP (Schweizer Zuchtgenossenschaft für Arabische Pferde) als Vollmitglied akzeptiert. Die zentrale Aufgabe der SZAP ist die Führung des Stutbuches, das Ausstellen der Fohlenpapiere und die Registrierung importierter Pferde und das Organisieren von Hengstkategorisierungen,

Schauen und Kursen. Zuchthengste, welche die fakultative Hengstkategorisierung abgelegt haben, werden auf www.szap.ch publiziert und alle im Stutbuch eingetragenen Pferde können in den Disziplinen Endurance, Rennen, Dressur und Springen eine Leistungsprüfung absolvieren. Jährlich wird ausserdem ein Vollblutaraber aus Schweizer Zucht mit der WAHO Trophy geehrt. Bei ausserordentlichen Leistungen in Zucht, Schau und Sport kann ein Pferd von der SZAP in ihr Eliteprogramm aufgenommen werden.
