َ ْ َ َ َْ َ ََ ِﻗﻴﻞ ﻟِﻠ� َ�ا ِء َوأﻧﺎ،ﻋ ْﻦ أ�ِ� ِإ��َﺎق َّ َ َ ْ ُ ْ َّ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ ّٰ ّ ���اﻟﻨ ِ� ّ� ﺻﻠﻰ ا �� �� أوﻟﻴ،���أ ّ َ ََ ْ �ﻠﻴﻪ وﺳﻠﻢ ﻳ َ ْﻮ َم ُﺣ َﻨ� ٍ� ﻓﻘﺎل ّ ّ ٰ ّ ُ َّ َّ َ اﻟﻨ ِ� ّ� ﺻﻠﻰ ا��� �ﻠﻴﻪ وﺳﻠﻢ أﻣﺎ َ َ ُّ َّ َ َ َ َ ً َ ُ ُ َ َ َ �� ��ِ أﻧﺎ اﻟﻨ: �ﺎﻧﻮا رﻣﺎة ﻓﻘﺎل،��ﻓ َّ ْ َ ََ َ .ﻛ ِﺬ ْب أﻧﺎ اﺑْ ُﻦ ﻋ ْﺒ ِﺪ اﻟ ُﻤﻄ ِﻠ ْﺐ Abu Ishaq narrated, having heard AlBara’ being asked, “Did you flee with the Prophetsa on the day of the Battle of Hunain?” He responded, “As for the Prophetsa, no, he did not flee. The enemy were skilled archers. “One type of Lailat-ul-Qadr is that which occurs in the latter part of the night when Allah the Exalted manifests Himself and extends His hand, asking if there is anyone who prays and seeks forgiveness, so that He may accept it. However, there is another meaning, which, regrettably, is opposed and denied by the clerics. It is that ‘We have sent down the Quran in a night that was completely dark and eagerly awaited an able reformer.’ Continued on next page >>
