َ ََْ ْ ََ َ َ َ َ �ِ �ﻋ ِﻦ اﺑْ ِﻦ أ�ِ� ُﻣﻠ ْﻴﻜﺔ أ ّن ا� َ�أﺗ َ ْ َ َْ ََ َ ﺖ ـ أ ْو �ِ� ا��ُ ْﺠ َﺮ ِة ـ ز ٍ ان �ِ� ﺑ َ ْﻴ ِ �ﺎﻧﺘﺎ �� ِﺮ ُ ً ْ َ ْ ْ َ َ َ ُ َ ْ ْ َ َ ََ �ِ� ��ﺮﺟﺖ ِإﺣﺪاﻫﻤﺎ وﻗﺪ أﻧ ِﻔﺬ ﺑِ ِﺈﺷﻔﻰ َ َ َ ْ ُ َ ْ َ َّ َ َ ّ َ ﻓ،ﻛ ِﻔﻬﺎ ﻓ ُﺮ ِﻓ� ِإﻟﻰ،ﺎدﻋﺖ َ�ﻠﻰ ا��ﺧ َﺮى َ َ َّ َ ْ َّ َ َ َ َ ﺑْ ُﻦ ﺎس ﻗﺎل ﺒ ٍ اﺑ ِﻦ ﻋﺒ ٍ ﻓﻘﺎل ا ﻋ،ﺎس َّ ُ َ ّ ٰ َّ َ َّ ﻟ ْﻮ:َر ُﺳﻮل ا�� ِ� َﺻﻠﻰ ا�� ُ� َ�ﻠ ْﻴ ِﻪ َو َﺳﻠﻢ َّ َ ُ اﻟﻨ ُ ﺎس ﺑ َﺪ ْﻋ َﻮا� ُ ْ� ﻟ َ َﺬ َﻫ َﺐ د َِﻣ ﺎء ﻳ ُ ْﻌﻄﻰ ِ ْ ّٰ َ ّ َ ُ ُ َ َ ذ�ِ ُﺮوﻫﺎ ﺑِﺎ�� ِ� َواﻗ َﺮ ُءوا.�ْ �ﻗ ْﻮ ٍم َوأ ْﻣ َﻮاﻟ َّ َ َ ۡ َ َ�ﻠ ْﻴ َﻬﺎ }ا ِّن اﻟ ِﺬﻳۡ َﻦ �َﺸ� ُ� ۡو َن ﺑِ َﻌ ۡﻬ ِﺪ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َّ َ َ ّ ٰ ُﺎل اﺑْﻦ ﻓﻘ، ﻓﺬ�ﺮوﻫﺎ ﻓﺎﻋ��ﻓﺖ.{�ِ ��ا َ َ ُ ّ ٰ َّ َ ُّ َّ َ َ َّ َ ْ ﺎس ﻗﺎل اﻟﻨ ِ�� ﺻﻠﻰ ا��� �ﻠﻴ ِﻪ ٍ ﻋﺒ َ َ َّ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َّ َ َ اﻟﻴ ِﻤ:وﺳﻠﻢ .�� َ�ﻠﻰ اﻟ ُﻤﺪﻋﻰ َ�ﻠ ْﻴ ِﻪ It is narrated by Ibn Abi Mulaika, “Two women were stitching shoes in a house – or in a chamber. Then one of them came out with an awl pierced into her hand and accused the other. The case was brought to Ibn Abbasra, who said: “‘Allah’s Messengersa said, ‘If people were to be given [merely] based on their claims, the life and property of the people would be lost.’ Remind her [i.e., the defendant] by invoking Allah and recite to her:
