Chief Executive Officer The Role Reporting to the Mayor and Council Members, the Chief Executive Officer will lead the administration across strategy, finance, assets, operations, people and community engagement. Major project delivery is central to the position, including the Sports Club redevelopment, Levi Oval, the streetscape upgrades and works relating to the cemetery. Equally important is what happens after completion. You will be expected to transition each project into a sustainable ongoing maintenance and asset management position, supported by realistic whole-of-life costings and long term financial planning. Coastal Management Officer Your New Role: As Council’s lead technical specialist in coastal and floodplain management, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic programs that respond to coastal hazards, flooding, climate change and environmental challenges. You will lead the preparation, implementation, review and reporting of Council’s Coastal Management Program (CMP) and coordinate flood studies, floodplain risk management studies and plans in accordance with the NSW Flood Risk Management Manual.
