Are there any adverse side effects?

No. Unlike traditional, rock-derived calcium supplements, AlgaeCal does not cause adverse side effects such as kidney stones or arterial calcification.

Do I need to take Strontium Boost or will AlgaeCal Plus work on its own?

AlgaeCal Plus alone can increase bone density by an average of 1.3% per year, compared with an average bone density increase of about 3% per year when taken with Strontium Boost. If you are suffering from bone loss, it is best to take both AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost.

Does this conflict with my medication?
