Welcome to country & equestrian homes

When Jenny and I founded moores and Country & Equestrian in 2005, our aim was simple. We wanted to create an estate agency built around personal service, honest advice and a genuine understanding of the people and places we represent. More than twenty years later, those principles remain at the heart of everything we do.

Long before establishing moores, I spent many years working in the country homes market across the Thames Valley and the Cotswolds. During that time, I saw first hand how many buyers were choosing to leave London in search of more space, character and a better quality of life. It also made me realise that the area where I grew up offered every bit as much appeal, beautiful stone built homes, rolling countryside, thriving market towns and excellent connections back to the capital.

That understanding became one of the driving forces behind moores. From the very beginning, Jenny and I have been passionate about introducing buyers to this remarkable part of the country and helping them discover that they do not have to compromise. Here, they can enjoy all the benefits of rural living while remaining within easy reach of London whenever business or family commitments require it.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers move across Rutland, Stamford, Melton Mowbray, Grantham and the surrounding villages.

We've seen families put down roots, businesses relocate and people discover a completely different way of life in this remarkable part of the country.

One of the things I enjoy most about the job is that no two homes, and no two clients, are ever the same. One day we might be helping a local family downsize, the next we could be introducing a buyer from London to

their dream country house. Through our specialist Country & Equestrian division, we work with some of the region's finest country homes, equestrian holdings, farms, woodland and commercial assets.

Property is, of course, an important part of what we do. But I have always believed that people buy far more than bricks and mortar. They buy into a village, a community, a school, a landscape and a lifestyle. That's why local knowledge matters so much. Understanding the character of an area can be every bit as important as understanding the property itself.

As a family business, we never lose sight of the fact that moving home is one of life's biggest decisions. Whether you're buying, selling or simply exploring your options, our role is to guide you through the process with straightforward advice and the benefit of years of experience.

I hope you enjoy this magazine and discover a little more about the homes, places and people that make this part of the world so special.

The Shape of Oakham

Set at the heart of Rutland, Oakham is a town that feels both grounded in its past and entirely relevant today. Its origins stretch back to the Domesday Book, yet history here is part of the backdrop rather than the headline. Honeyed stone buildings line the streets, anchored by the striking presence of Oakham Castle, one of the finest surviving Norman great halls in the country. Inside, an extraordinary collection of ceremonial horseshoes, gifted by visiting royalty and nobility, speaks to traditions that have endured for centuries.

Oakham remains every inch the county town, but what defines it is how easily it works for modern life. The high street and surrounding lanes offer a thoughtful mix of independent shops, delis and galleries, creating a sense of character that feels authentic rather than curated.

It is a place where daily routines unfold at a more considered pace, without ever feeling removed or disconnected.

Food and drink are central to that rhythm. At Hambleton Hall, overlooking the water, dining is elevated without becoming formal, with menus shaped by the seasons and the surrounding landscape. In the centre of town, The Admiral Hornblower offers a more relaxed alternative, its timbered interiors and generous cooking making it a reliable favourite. For something lighter, Fika brings a contemporary feel, with good coffee, simple dishes and an easy atmosphere.

Beyond the town, Rutland Water opens up the landscape. Big skies, open space and miles of shoreline provide a natural counterpoint to the town itself, shaping how people spend their time as much as where they live.

It is this balance that gives Oakham its appeal. Historic, but not stuck in the past. Well connected, yet never overwhelmed. A place that feels established, comfortable in its own identity, and genuinely easy to call home.

Past & present in harmony

Great Lane, Greetham, Oakham

Offers Over £475,000

3 Beds • 1 Bath • 2 Receptions

Homes with genuine stories behind them are rare enough. Homes with character, countryside views and a fascinating past are rarer still.

Set in the heart of Greetham, this beautifully presented period home is believed to have once served as the village police house, and traces of that history remain.

Most notably, a small ante-room off the principal bedroom was formerly used as a holding cell, where, according to local lore, the occasional wayward villager may have spent a night reflecting on their decisions. It is a detail that gives the house a sense of personality that simply can’t be replicated.

Inside, the property balances period charm with practical modern living. Two welcoming reception rooms sit at the front of the house, both centred around striking stone fireplaces with log burners that make these spaces feel particularly inviting during the colder months.

To the rear, a generous kitchen offers plenty of workspace alongside room for informal dining, creating a sociable hub for everyday life. A separate pantry, already equipped with services, presents the opportunity to create a utility room if desired.

A central hallway and cloakroom complete the ground floor, which benefits from underfloor heating throughout and offers scope for conversion to an air source heat pump system.

Upstairs, there are three generously proportioned double bedrooms. The principal suite is particularly impressive, complete with a dressing room that could be converted into an en suite and views stretching across neighbouring paddocks and open countryside.

Outside, the property continues to impress. A gated driveway provides ample parking alongside a single garage, while the enclosed rear garden offers privacy and space to unwind. To the front, a mature and well stocked garden creates a wonderful first impression.

Greetham remains one of Rutland’s most popular villages, with two well regarded pubs, a strong sense of community and excellent access to Oakham, Stamford, Uppingham and Rutland Water.

A Taste of Rutland

THE LAND

There’s something reassuringly honest about food in Rutland. It begins, quite simply, with the land. Rolling pasture, hedgerows thick with life, and a farming landscape that has evolved gently rather than been forced to change.

Fields are smaller here, often bordered by dry stone walls or ancient hedgerows, creating a patchwork that feels both purposeful and enduring. Livestock graze at their own pace, and that patience carries through to what is produced.

Beef is grass fed, dairy herds are carefully managed, and the rhythm of the seasons still dictates what appears and when.

Spend any time here and you begin to notice the difference. Produce tastes as it should, not because it has been engineered to, but because it has been allowed to. There’s a clarity to it, a sense that nothing has been hurried along.

In England’s smallest county, food feels refreshingly grounded. Here, it’s less about trends and more about tradition, where good produce speaks for itself and quality is quietly assured.

CRAFT & CHARACTER

Rutland Red has become something of a quiet emblem for the county. Deep in colour, rich in flavour and matured with care, it reflects a wider mindset, one that values time, skill and a refusal to cut corners.

Cut into it and you’ll find a texture that is firm yet crumbly, with a depth of flavour that lingers. It’s the sort of cheese that doesn’t need embellishment, just good bread and perhaps something sharp alongside it.

That same approach is evident across the local food landscape. Traditional pork pies, still hand raised, their pastry gently bowing around seasoned meat. Ales brewed with balance and restraint rather than excess. Preserves made in small batches, often from fruit grown just a few fields away.

Nothing feels hurried. There’s a quiet confidence in letting things take the time they need.

Where to Shop

Farm Shops & Local Produce

For the perfect lunch, just grab a hunk of good bread and a tangy pickle served with a glass of a chilled local beer... Available from Grasmere Farm

“There’s a rhythm here that hasn’t been lost. It’s a reminder that good food doesn’t need constant reinvention. It simply needs respect, for timing, for provenance and for the process behind it.”

FROM FARM TO COUNTER

One of the defining pleasures of Rutland is how close everything feels. Farm shops are not styled experiences designed for visitors, they are part of the working countryside. Step inside and you’re met with the smell of fresh bread, the low hum of conversation and shelves that reflect the surrounding landscape. Meat comes from nearby fields, eggs are often collected that morning, and cheeses are sourced from within the county or just beyond it.

Counters are tended by people who know the produce. Ask for a recommendation and you’re likely to get a considered answer, perhaps even a suggestion for how best to cook it. There’s an ease to it, a sense that food is something to be shared and discussed rather than simply purchased.

AT THE TABLE

That same sense of place carries through to Rutland’s pubs and cafés. Menus tend to follow the lead of what’s available rather than what’s expected, resulting in food that feels both familiar and quietly distinctive.

You might find slow cooked beef that reflects the surrounding pasture, game dishes in the colder months, or simple plates that allow good ingredients to speak for themselves. There’s rarely a need for elaborate presentation, the quality does the work.

Dining here is less about occasion and more about consistency. It’s understated, but all the more enjoyable for it.

What to Drink Ales & Breweries

Grainstore Brewery, Oakham

One of Rutland’s best known independent breweries, Grainstore has been crafting traditional ales since 1995. Brewing from converted farm buildings just outside Oakham, it balances heritage with consistency, producing well kept, approachable beers that reflect the county’s grounded character and enduring appreciation for proper, unhurried brewing.

www.grainstorebrewery.com

Oakham Ales

Founded in 1993, Oakham Ales has built a national reputation for its distinctive, hop forward beers, most notably its flagship JHB. While widely distributed, it remains firmly rooted in Rutland, combining technical precision with a spirit of independence that has helped redefine modern British cask ale.

Why a Professional Survey

is one of the smartest decisions you'll make

Buying a property is one of the largest financial commitments and yet many buyers proceed without a full understanding of what they're purchasing.

CWH Surveyors are an RICS residential surveying practice with an established reputation focussed on customer service and ensuring our clients can make an informed decision on their purchase. We provide surveying services throughout the region, including Rutland, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire. Wherever your next home is, we're well placed to help.

We offer both RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys, tailored to the property type and your individual needs. Whether you're purchasing a modern new-build, a Victorian terrace, or a character period home, our reports give you a clear, detailed picture of the property's condition in plain English.

A professional survey can uncover hidden defects, structural concerns, and maintenance issues that aren't visible during a casual viewing.

This allows you to make an informed decision on the purchase, budget for future repairs, and avoid potentially costly surprises after moving in. In short, a CWH survey allows you to proceed with confidence.

The RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Report is ideal for conventional properties which are in reasonable condition. It provides a clear assessment of the condition, highlights any significant defects, and flags urgent issues. A RICS Level 3 Building Survey is the more comprehensive option, recommended for older, larger, or more unusual properties; it examines the structure and fabric of the building in detail, explains the cause and likely consequences of any defects found, and sets out the remedial options available to you.

Our team delivers a personal, approachable service and are ready to guide you through the next stage of your purchase. Please feel free to get in contact with us to discuss your requirements further.

There is a reason Stamford is so often described as one of England’s most desirable market towns. Built on centuries of prosperity and framed by handsome limestone streets, it manages to feel both remarkably preserved and entirely liveable.

Independent shops spill onto Georgian frontages, cafés and restaurants hum throughout the week, and the town’s cultural calendar keeps things lively without ever feeling hurried. Burghley House sits just beyond the town centre, bringing with it world class events, open parkland and the internationally renowned Burghley Horse Trials each autumn.

Beyond the town itself, the appeal only broadens. Villages such as Castle Bytham, Little Bytham, Carlby and Essendine offer a quieter pace of life, where stone

cottages, larger period homes and converted barns sit among rolling countryside. These villages have developed loyal followings of their own, helped by strong community spirit, good pubs, village shops and easy access back into Stamford when needed.

For many buyers, this part of the world offers an increasingly rare balance. You can enjoy open countryside, excellent schooling through Stamford School and neighbouring Oakham School, while remaining well connected. The A1 is moments away, Peterborough provides fast trains to London in under an hour, and yet life here still feels reassuringly grounded and charmed.

It is exactly that combination of beauty, practicality and breathing space that keeps drawing people in.

A celebration of Stone & Country

LITTLE KNOWN STAMFORD

The first conservation area in England Stamford is widely recognised as having the country’s first designated conservation area, created in 1967 to help protect its remarkable historic streetscape.

A town built from film sets Stamford has appeared in countless period dramas and films thanks to its beautifully preserved Georgian streets. It featured prominently in Pride & Prejudice, The Da Vinci Code and The Crown.

The Georgian town that almost changed forever

In the 1960s, plans were proposed to route part of the A1 directly through Stamford. Strong local opposition helped stop it, preserving the historic centre we see today.

Over 600 listed buildings

For a relatively small town, Stamford has an extraordinary concentration of listed buildings, many built from the local limestone that gives the town its distinctive character.

Melton villages & the Wreake Valley

FIELD, FORK & FREEDOM

There’s an honesty to Melton Mowbray. It’s a town that has never tried to reinvent itself into something it isn’t. Famous, of course, for pork pies and Stilton, its reputation as Britain’s rural capital of food is well earned, but there’s far more to this corner of Leicestershire than what appears on a cheeseboard.

At its heart is a thriving traditional market town, where livestock markets still operate, independent shops continue to flourish and local life feels reassuringly real. The elegant spire of St Mary's Church, Melton Mowbray rises above the town centre, while the gently winding River Wreake threads through a landscape of rolling farmland, grazing paddocks and quietly handsome villages.

Places such as Kirby Bellars, Rearsby, Thrussington and Hoby offer exactly what many buyers are searching for, period homes built from local ironstone, strong village communities, excellent pubs and countryside that encourages muddy boots, long lunches and life outdoors. Equestrian buyers are particularly well served here, with plenty of land, bridleways and access to some of the region’s most respected country sporting events.

Despite its rural credentials, this is a highly practical place to live. Leicester and Nottingham are both within easy reach, while mainline rail connections from Grantham and Peterborough provide straightforward journeys to London.

For many, that balance is the real draw, proper countryside living with strong connections, excellent schooling and a market town that still feels deeply connected to the land around it. Melton Mowbray may be famous for what it produces, but for those who live here, it offers something far more valuable, room to breathe.

Some homes arrive fully formed. Others offer something far rarer, the chance to create exactly what you want in an exceptional setting. The Red House was very much the latter.

Tucked away at the end of a private lane serving just two other homes, this three bedroom property occupied an enviable position with elevated views across its own land and the wider village of Wymondham beyond. Accompanied by around three acres of adjoining grassland, it presented an increasingly rare opportunity for buyers seeking a smallholding, equestrian base, or a country home with genuine scope.

The house itself had been lived in until recently and remained entirely habitable, with replacement windows already in place and all main services connected, alongside a private septic tank. While it would now benefit from refurbishment and modernisation, the real appeal lay in its long term potential, including the possibility to extend or completely reimagine the existing footprint, subject to the necessary permissions.

With village amenities close by, including the well known Wymondham Windmill, a respected gastro pub and local wine shop, it’s easy to see why The Red House was such a compelling opportunity.

Some homes win you over with scale. Others do it with character, and this charming stone cottage in the heart of Stonesby had plenty of that.

Positioned within one of the Vale’s most appealing villages and enjoying open field views to the rear, this beautifully proportioned home blended period charm with flexible, practical living. Exposed beams ran throughout much of the property, while a traditional Aga kitchen provided a warm and welcoming heart to the home, perfectly suited to everyday family life as well as relaxed entertaining.

The sitting room centred around a striking stone fireplace with log burner, creating a wonderfully cosy retreat during the colder months. A versatile ground floor room offered the option of a fourth bedroom, study or additional reception space, complemented by a downstairs shower room.

Upstairs, three well proportioned bedrooms provided comfortable accommodation, with the principal bedroom benefiting from built-in wardrobes. Outside, private gardens and a detached garage completed the picture.

Full of warmth, character and countryside charm, it’s easy to see why this lovely village home quickly found its next owners.

LET'S LIVE HERE

Grantham Villages and the Vale of Belvoir

GRANTHAM:

Grantham combines the convenience of a well connected market town with easy access to some of the East Midlands’ most attractive countryside.

Fast rail links to London, excellent schooling and a growing independent food and café scene continue to attract buyers, while the surrounding villages and the nearby Vale of Belvoir provide a quieter, more rural way of life. It is a town that balances practicality with character remarkably well.

To the north of Grantham, the landscape begins to soften. Roads narrow, villages become smaller and more characterful, and the countryside opens into the rolling farmland, wooded valleys and wide skies that define the Vale of Belvoir.

This is a part of the East Midlands that feels quietly confident in its own identity. Villages such as Woolsthorpeby-Belvoir, Denton, Harlaxton and Bottesford each bring something different, whether that’s handsome period homes, thriving village communities, traditional pubs or immediate access to open countryside.

At its centre sits Belvoir Castle, rising dramatically above the surrounding landscape and visible for miles across the vale. While the castle remains one of the region’s best known

landmarks, it’s the surrounding villages that give this area its everyday appeal. Farm shops, independent cafés and well regarded pubs are woven into daily life, from relaxed lunches at The Dirty Duck to countryside walks that often end at The Chequers Inn.

There’s no shortage of places to explore. Belvoir Castle Gardens draw visitors throughout the year, while nearby market towns such as Grantham and Newark-on-Trent ensure practical amenities remain close at hand.

For many, the appeal lies in balance. The countryside feels expansive and deeply rural, yet London remains accessible via direct rail services from Grantham. It’s a landscape of grand views, historic villages and a pace of life that feels considered rather than hurried.

IN THE KNOW...

Belvoir Castle is pronounced “Beaver”, reflecting its Norman French origins and meaning “beautiful view”. Although the castle appears medieval, much of what stands today dates from the early 19th century, following a devastating fire in 1816.

Home to the Duke and Duchess of Rutland, it remains one of England’s finest Regency houses, filled with grand interiors, formal gardens and sweeping views across the Vale of Belvoir. In recent years, the castle has also found fame on screen, appearing in productions including The Crown, Victoria and The Young Victoria.

Specialising in relocating buyers from London & the South.

The number one agent for Off Market introductions.

Headed up by Vernon Moore, Managing Director of the Moores Group, our Country & Equestrian Department focuses on the sale of larger, usually village homes, equestrian properties and land.

Vernon has a unique way of working which has appealed to our Country & Equestrian vendors and purchasers alike. With the majority of our C&E sales being achieved discreetly / off market, it is a truly personalised service. We offer a free home search service to help our vendors find their next home – even if the property isn’t on the market yet!

“I endeavour to offer a service which is both personal & professional. Having studied real estate in America & Europe before starting my career, I have always felt that the English system needed to become more of a personal service – finding the right buyer for the right property as opposed to a largely scatter gun approach.

Having also worked in the Cotswolds & Oxfordshire I came to realise that my home area actually had as much, if not more, to offer, invariably for better value for money. With more and more people working from home and faster trains on our doorstep, we have really become a “pin in the map” location."

A home for SUPPORTING FAMILIES WITH SCHOOL MOVES

their future

DID YOU KNOW?

For every mile you travel north from King's Cross or along the A1, average house prices fall by around £15,500.

That's why so many buyers choose Rutland and the surrounding area. Many relocating families find they can secure significantly more space, character and lifestyle for their money.

By actively promoting our properties to buyers moving from London and the South East, we're able to connect sellers with purchasers who recognise the value on offer.

(Indicative guide prices as of June 2026, based on a four bedroom property of approx. 1,400 sq ft.)

For parents of day pupils, the pressure is on to find a quality home within 10-15 minutes of their chosen school. And for those with children boarding, the need for a weekend bolt hole or a home within a convenient travel distance is just as important.

That's where we come in. We offer a free service designed to help families navigate the move. Whether you're searching for a home within easy reach of a particular school, looking for a convenient base for boarding school visits, or simply seeking guidance on the areas that best suit your family's needs, we're here to help. From an initial conversation through to finding the right location, we'll provide expert local knowledge and support every step of the way.

Uppingham & the Welland Valley

There’s a certain confidence to Uppingham. It’s a town that feels established and self assured, shaped by centuries of history but never stuck in the past. At its centre, elegant Georgian streets frame independent shops, galleries, cafés and pubs, creating a high street that feels genuinely useful rather than preserved purely for appearance.

Much of the town’s identity is closely tied to Uppingham School, whose striking architecture and longstanding reputation have helped shape both its character and cultural life. Throughout the year, concerts, exhibitions and performances bring an added sense of energy, while the wider town maintains a pace that feels calm without ever being sleepy.

Food and drink are part of Uppingham’s appeal. The Falcon Hotel remains a popular spot for lunch, dinner or a weekend stay, while Don Paddy’s has built a loyal following for relaxed Mediterranean dining.

For coffee, pastries and a slower start to the day, locals often head to Baines Bakery before browsing the town’s mix of independent retailers.

Beyond the market square, the landscape quickly begins to open up. The Welland Valley stretches east and south through rolling countryside, attractive villages and productive farmland, with places such as Seaton, Wing, Morcott and Bisbrooke each offering their own distinct sense of community. Stone cottages, village greens, well regarded pubs and easy access to open countryside all add to the appeal.

For walkers, cyclists and anyone who simply enjoys being outdoors, the surrounding landscape offers plenty of opportunity. The nearby Rutland Water is never far away, while the rolling countryside towards the Leicestershire border provides miles of footpaths, quiet lanes and far reaching views.

For many buyers, that balance is exactly what makes this part of Rutland so appealing, a handsome market town with genuine day to day convenience, surrounded by countryside that remains beautifully unspoilt.

Uppingham School:

Founded in 1584, Uppingham School is deeply woven into the fabric of the town and remains one of its defining landmarks. Widely regarded as one of the country’s leading independent schools, its striking architecture shapes much of Uppingham’s streetscape.

Beyond education, the school brings a vibrant cultural dimension to the town through concerts, exhibitions, theatre performances and community events enjoyed by residents throughout the year.

CONTEMPORARY VISION, CONSIDERED DESIGN

The Practice was set up by Simon Harris and William McCormack back in 2010 and from humble beginnings with laptops on kitchen tables, Harris McCormack Architects was born.

With a real passion for design the duo and their growing team set about reinventing and rejuvenating tired old spaces and creating exciting light modern houses using both traditional and modern techniques. Taking this literally, in 2013 they acquired one of the area’s most iconic buildings – the Art Deco former roadside stop (better known as The Little Chef) in Wansford and set about the full renovation and repurposing as their HQ.

In 2015 the ArcHaus opened its doors, renovated, modernised and ready for its next chapter in history, the site continues to be the home of HMA.

As a Royal Institute of British Architects Chartered Practice, quality and professionalism is assured with commissions covering the

residential, hotel, commercial and heritage sectors, spread from Central London to the vastness of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, from the South West to the North Norfolk Coast and covering all our local counties as a matter of course.

Typically working on Town Houses, Country Estates, Equestrian Properties, Farms, Class Q conversions and master planning, HMA has forged an enviable reputation across the area, working closely with a network of specialist consultants and like minded professionals to deliver high quality architectural results.

In the last 5 years the practice has been accredited for its contribution to historic, contemporary, and sustainable projects, whilst HMA’s passion for design and quality of work continues to attract returning and new clients through its doors.

A Sporting Legacy Reimagined

Occupying a commanding elevated position above the rolling Leicestershire countryside, The Grange is a remarkable former hunting lodge with a story every bit as compelling as its setting.

Dating from around 1920 and extending to approximately 6,500 sq ft, this substantial country residence combines architectural presence, sporting heritage and contemporary living in rare and impressive fashion. Marketed as part of Moores’ Country & Equestrian collection, the property enjoys panoramic south facing views across landscaped grounds of around 1.5 acres, with many of the principal rooms designed to make the most of the outlook.

Price £1,450,000 5 Beds • 3 Baths • 3 Receptions

The Grange, Burton Lazars, Melton Mowbray

Set high above the valley, The Grange pairs panoramic countryside views with a fascinating connection to the golden age of National Hunt racing.

The Grange occupies land overlooking the very valley where the famous National Hunt Chase was staged in 1864 and 1871, giving the house a unique connection to the area’s rich sporting past. That sense of heritage remains throughout the property, carefully balanced against a comprehensive programme of refurbishment that has transformed the house into a highly practical and versatile modern home. Recent works have included significant upgrades to the heating and electrical systems, alongside a thoughtful reworking of the internal layout.

The result is a home that feels both substantial and welcoming, with beautifully proportioned reception spaces, generous bedroom accommodation and a strong sense of flow throughout.

At the heart of the house, a stunning open plan family and breakfast room is currently being completed with a bespoke handmade kitchen, while bi-fold doors frame far reaching countryside views and open directly onto the gardens beyond. The former kitchen space is set to become a walk-in pantry, further enhancing the practicality of the layout.

Planning permission has also been granted for a triple garage with office accommodation above, allowing future owners the opportunity to personalise the final phase of the property’s evolution.

Positioned close to Melton Mowbray, with convenient access to Leicester, Nottingham and Oakham School, The Grange is an exceptional country home, rich in history yet entirely suited to modern life.

Before we go...

There is something rather special about the part of the world we are fortunate enough to call home. From the villages surrounding Oakham and Uppingham, to the streets of Stamford, the Vale of Belvoir and beyond, these are places shaped by community, character and countryside. They are also places we have been proud to represent for many years.

At Moores, we have always believed that moving home is about far more than bricks and mortar. It is about people, trust and understanding what makes a property, and indeed a place, feel right. Whether you are considering a move for the first time in decades, searching for your next family home or simply curious about the market, our role remains the same, to offer honest advice, thoughtful guidance and a personal approach throughout.

This publication has also been an opportunity to celebrate some outstanding businesses whose support has helped make this publication possible and is therefore hugely appreciated. We are proud to recommend them and grateful for the part they continue to play in supporting both this magazine and the wider community.

Finally, thank you for taking the time to read through these pages. We hope they have offered a flavour not only of the homes we represent, but of the lifestyle and communities that surround them.

If you are thinking about your next move, or simply wish to have a conversation about the market, we would be delighted to hear from you.
