At the heart of Brendons’ sales department is Director Matt Atack, whose career in property spans more than 23 years across sales, lettings, property management, and commercial sectors. Having begun in sales before gaining experience in both corporate agencies across North West London and, for the past eight years, back at Brendons, Matthew combines wide-ranging expertise with the personal values of a family-run business rooted in Ealing. His approach is simple and refreshingly honest, built on transparency, integrity, and straightforward advice that puts clients first.

Working closely alongside Matthew is Sales Consultant Lorig Alexandrian, who brings creativity, warmth, and deep practical experience to every transaction. After studying Fine Art in Paris, Lorig went on to run her fatherin-law’s estate agency in West Ealing before taking time to raise her family. Now part of the Brendons team, her artistic eye, local knowledge, and approachable manner make her a trusted guide for buyers and sellers alike.

Alongside his practical experience, Jason has a keen interest in property law. He studied Law at A-Level, achieving an A*, and remains highly engaged with ongoing and upcoming legislative changes affecting the rental market. Arrange for mail redirection with Royal Mail to ensure you receive any post sent to your old address.

Research and book a reputable removal company well in advance to secure your preferred moving date.

Go through your belongings and decide what you want to keep, donate, sell, or throw away. This will make packing and unpacking easier.

 Gather Packing Supplies

Purchase or gather packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, and labels.
