The Lakehouse is an exercise in quiet balance—where refined craftsmanship meets the ease of lakeside living. Natural materials take center stage: warm wood beams overhead, softly honed stone, and a palette of sun-washed neutrals that feels both grounded and elevated. The kitchen anchors the home as a gathering space, designed for long mornings, shared meals, and effortless connection. Every detail is intentional yet unfussy, creating a space that feels timeless, inviting, and deeply rooted in its setting—an elegant retreat shaped by light, landscape, and lived-in comfort.

The Lakehouse living room is anchored by a natural stone fireplace that carries the same material from the exterior into the interior, creating a seamless connection between the two. A built in bench and shelving frame the hearth, forming an intimate seating vignette that offers both layered styling moments and functional display. A generous neutral sectional invites gathering, complemented by subtle touches of blue throughout.

This primary bedroom is designed as a quiet retreat that’s soft, grounded, and restorative. Every element is intentional yet understated, from the tailored upholstered headboard to the sculptural lighting. A restrained palette of warm woods, layered neutrals, and tactile textiles creates an atmosphere that feels calm and inviting while still richly layered. Expansive glass doors draw in light and frame sweeping lakeside views from every angle resulting in a space that invites rest, reflection, and connection to nature.
For younger guests and summer visitors alike, the bunk room is a playful nod to classic lakeside living, nostalgic in spirit yet thoughtfully tailored in execution. The Roundtree, Amagansett feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into a beautifully kept Hamptons home.
