Role: Customer Services & Ledger Manager

Kerri joined the Alchemy Drinks family in February 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the motor trade, where she served as a service advisor for 16 years. Starting her journey in the customer services team, she swiftly transitioned to a procurement role and then credit control. Kerri’s expertise and insights from her previous roles allow her to support various teams. More recently she has taken on overseeing the Customer Services team. Her adaptability and knowledge make her an invaluable asset to Alchemy Drinks!

Liz has been a dedicated force in the drinks trade since 1997, beginning her career with Matthew Clark Wholesale. After 17 enriching years in various roles, primarily in sales, she joined Alchemy Drinks Wholesale in 2014 as a customer service agent. Liz thrives in the collaborative and vibrant environment at Alchemy, where her extensive industry experience and positive attitude contribute to the success of her team. She is passionate about ensuring customers feel valued and well-supported.

With a rich background in the food and drink industry since 1992, Hana has honed her skills waitressing in numerous restaurants across Glasgow. Transitioning to an office role at RS Trading, she utilised her restaurant expertise to build a robust client list. Now at Alchemy Drinks as a customer service representative, Hana enjoys the supportive camaraderie of her enthusiastic team and embraces the daily challenges that bring excitement to her role. Her dedication to providing excellent service shines through in every interaction!

Bryan is an essential part of our dynamic customer service team. Bryan has covered roles in customer services and credit control so is able to deal with all manner of queries. With a commitment to providing exceptional support, he ensures that our clients receive timely assistance and the best experience possible. Bryan’s ability to engage with customers with warmth and professionalism plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships and enhancing overall satisfaction!

Conor McShane

Role: Customer Services

Conor joined his family business three years ago when he was fourteen. Starting helping around the warehouse sweeping up, cleaning and assisting with orders, Conor has expanded his skills and is now an all-round utility team member. He still works in the warehouse when needed, but also mans customer services at the weekend as well as helping with cash management and even some digital marketing. Conor has recently left school and is studying Financial Services and Data Science at City of Glasgow College while still being a valuable member of the Alchemy team.

Declan joined his family business 6 years ago. He started off by helping around the warehouse sweeping up, cleaning and helping with orders. Now, Declan is a regular driver and all round utility team member. He is currently studying Aeronautical Engineering at Glasgow University but come the weekends Declan is pivotal in ensuring our deliveries get out to our customers and is our newest qualified forklift driver ensuring our warehouse is running at its optimum even at the weekends.
