WORLD CRAFTS COUNCIL At the March 1984 meeting the Board of the Canadian Crafts Council decided to withdraw fron the World Crafts Council. Canada now has no official representation on the WCC. Previous to the March CCC meeting, the Directors of the Alberta Crafts Council urged the CCC to at least maintain a presence with the WCC, in the belief that Canada should continue to participate in the international crafts community through whatever agency best promotes the exchange of information and tmderstanding among craftspeople.
