Shop Palmer Shop Palmer cards will be located at all participating locations. When a customer spends $10 at those stores, the shop will mark their card at every $10 increment. Once the card is filled, they can drop it off in any participating location’s drop box. On December 21, all drop boxes will be collected and a final card winner will receive a Visa Gift Card valued at $1,000
