What: This alkaline shampoo prepares the hair and enhances the results of all colour, chemical, smoothing and conditioning treatments.
Why: Clarifying resets the hair to a clean state. Chelating removes minerals (such as calcium and iron) that interfere with colour deposit and can react with lighteners, preventing patchiness, green hues, and lift inconsistency.
When: Lather into hair and rinse before any colour, chemical, smoothing or conditioning treatments.

What: This acidic formula works on sensitive hair by adding moisture to equalise porosity prior to all chemical services.
Why: Targeted priming with lightweight hydration enables the hair to tolerate the upcoming chemical process more e ectively and recover faster. The acidic pH deswells the hair fibre, preparing the hair for any chemical process.
When: Before applying colour, spray into dry hair, in sections, paying particular attention to mid-lengths and ends.
