DO YOU WANT TO WIN $200 SPENDING CREDIT?

If you do….

As a way to say thank you for your time in filling out the Club Survey we are giving away 5 different $200 spending credits. We will draw 5 names at random from those emails that have submitted a completed club survey.

If you and your spouse both complete one it doubles your chances of winning although only 1 winner per household.

If you have not yet done so or lost the other email the link to the survey is here:

(https://mcmahon.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_50lpv DPRnGGQgCi)

Thank you so much for your time and thoughtful responses to the survey. This information will help direct resources and influence our club activities over the next five years.

Thank you!
