SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
Listed below are the levels of sponsorship offered by the Alabama Panhellenic Association. All participating sponsors, regardless of sponsorship level, will be included on the APA Website (uapanhellenic com), and the Vendor & New Member Package webpage will be shared extensively with all PNMs, and parents and families of PNMs. Preference for Sponsor Selection is given to vendors who are local to Tuscaloosa and whose products relate directly to participation in Panhellenic Recruitment at the University of Alabama

As a sponsor, you may request access to the bid list ONLY if your product is being delivered to new members at chapter facilities All vendors requesting access to the Bid List must sign and abide by the Panhellenic Non-Disclosure Agreement
The Alabama Panhellenic Association reserves the right to refuse and cease sponsorships based on misalignment with Panhellenic Values and the Values-Based Recruitment process
Sponsors must submit the Sponsorship Intent form by April 10, 2026 Upon receiving the Sponsorship Intent form, a representative from APA will send a digital agreement for signature to confirm the details of the Sponsorship Agreement

GREEK CHIC RECRUITMENT GUIDE
We are projecting over 2,500 women to participate in Recruitment who all receive a copy of the Greek Chic Recruitment Guide In addition, we post the Greek Chic digitally in early May for greater access for potential members and their families, and have over 50,000 views annually.

Our website, uapanhellenic.com, is to go-to site for families, alumni, current sorority members, and potential members. This site has over 600,000 views annually. Here you can find information about recruitment and other events throughout the year Your company will be featured as a sponsor and will include your contact information.
