MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT By the time you read this, we will be through the first half of 2024. Where has the year gone? In the first quarter newsletter, I challenged everyone to improve on quality. Have we? I think so. Are we there yet? No. However, I know everyone is working on improving, and we will return to where we once were. How do we continue to improve? Design, discuss, and execute a plan. When complete, reflect on lessons learned and share them throughout the company so that others can learn from the good and the bad. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, BE SAFE, AND RESPECT ONE ANOTHER!
