Booked and busy, the motif of the month. Our tribe has become a supportive entourage, we need all the extra help we can get. We've been more open hearted, allowing people to know us personally. It feels like we're letting our hair down and relaxing into our manifestations Our playful and loving energy is reflected back at us with the people that visit us. The café is closer to it's goals, but needs advertising We added new consigners into our space and new decor. The people love AiZen. We're becoming a home away from home to a diverse group of humans, we have to value each one. We're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, a new dawn.
November is our 1 year anniversary! The Rock & Gem show is our reward for thriving through the first 365 days. Goals will be met this month.

GROWTH, SH*T, & NEW TRENDS
HARVEST MONTH, THE FIRST OF Q4 AND THE 6TH OF A 12 MONTH LEASE SIX MONTHS STRAIGHT AIZEN HAS PAID IT’S OWN RENT WITH EASE. WE’RE AIMING TO CONTINUE THIS TREND INTO THE WINTER MONTHS. OUR HOLIDAY SEASON EVENT IS IN FULL EFFECT, THRIFT-A-GIFT HAS PEOPLE BRINGING DONATIONS AND BECOMING CASH SPONSORS WE REALIZE WE NEED MORE HELP COVERING THE CAFÉ. OUR TEAM IS CONSTANTLY GROWING, WE'RE EMBRACING IT.

We had a extremely cute photo booth that was a big hit this month Parents, lovers, and friends took advantage of the opportunity to grab a seasonal snapshot It was lit to have our photo booth be used as someone’s FB profile picture The photo booth was a pain in the head for us to set up, but it was worth it for the in-house engagement that it gartered The booth being self sufficient made it the best for everyone.
The photo booth was super cute for the Valentine’s Dog Rescue event. It felt like a game changer. The backdrop stopped people in their tracks to come in and take a selfie. It was a great idea for an interactive and aesthetic unique feature for our store. The downside is that it was to small for the large groups. The Creativity Department Director should consider future photo booths.
This month started on a momentous upswing We experienced high in-store jewelry, café items, and consignment sells Our new connections resulted in a calendar full of events New events led to new spooky themed consignment items on our shelves Our Halloween décor was spooky perfection all month This month was full of fun experiences and firsts Henna had a break out month, with new lucrative ideas and inspiration This the first month we held successful events consistently Isle of lesbos was a great time, with a diverse turn out Fae Frolic surprised us with a family coming to make witches brooms One new person came to Books & Brews. All signs are pointing up in business and brand recognition. Our target audience loves what AiZen offers online and in person.

Henna had a busy month with several henna only events. The Candle Queen invited Free to provide henna in her store two Saturday. Henna participated in our 1st KC Mystic Fair which was 3 days. This was a spiritual awakening experience for Freedom. They have decided to title our the henna, Healing Henna and combine it with intuitive designs and oracle cards.
Henna made a total of $570. That's impressive. We need in-house henna artists. Henna has a new apprenticeship program.

OurQuestfor Community
We hosted our first Queer Barter & Trading Mixer, Pet Rescue Fundraiser, Microterrium workshop, Kaizen collaboration, Craft & Coffee and Isle of Lesbos events. All events we look forward to hosting again Our community is expanding with each event. Troostside Mozzarella Mingle was amazing with live music and painting. The turn out was impressive and we experienced high sells. Scent & Sips was a good time. We got to play with one of our store baby, during the event We hosted an cosplay elevated tea party event that was cute. Everything we did this month was golden, even when we slept on ourselves.
We gave away 3 pumpkin patch tickets. That post gathered more interactions than we anticipated. That was unexpected social engagement with new people that was exciting for us. We went live for the raffle and people enjoyed our chemistry Our aesthetic had the whole community gagging. The hay bail and witch brooms was an epic touch. We stayed busy all month. We had our first corporate cheese pulling event that paid us $150 for 3 hours That’s valuing our space. We are shifting our mindsets. There’s a demand for event space, we learned that this month. We can be affordable and not be free.

BreakingNews: PlantRehoming Program
A large QT cup full f Inch Plants found a good home this month during our cutting rehoming program. We have been manifested this free cutting promotional event for months. It’s even more exciting that the cuttings came from Jay in the building.. Everyone single person was super geeked to get a new plant baby for free. This made for great content. We’re very excited to be able to do this again. We have run out of free cuttings and are manifesting our next batch of donated cuttings We have some cuttings rooting currently for our next promotional give-a-way. It’s fun to giveaway plants, it didn’t bring in any additional traffic this time. We will continue to grow this rehoming program.

We are elated to welcomed our newest intern, Siloé Siloé started out as one of our regulars and has turned into part of our entourage. Siloé has attended several events we’ve hosted. We’re looking forward to putting that helpful spirit to work. She will be assisting in all the departments, with a special focus on content creation, website updating, playing barista, marketing/promoting, and taking pictures Basically, being an executive assistant to AiZen’s supervisors. They are going to be thrilled to have an extra set of hands because we have an overwhelming number of projects.

Crystal Café Report
In October, we ran out of the Caramel Apple latte, Pumpkin Pie latte, and S'mores Please halfway through the month. Our drip coffee sells have consistently been increasing, they more than doubled this month We sold 20 plain drip coffees & 15 S’mores Please, totaling 35 drip coffees ($122 10) We started serving 2 new flavors of drip, Maple Pecan Pie and Caramel Our Butterfly lemonade was our high seller again with 36 sold ($145.90). It increased the number sold, but is still 14 drinks short of our 50 sold a month. We’re projected to meet this goal in the month of Nov. Self-Love Tea sells decreased from 21 to 15 sells ($45.90). Nov might be its last month on the menu Halloween decorations was paired fantastically with 3 themed mocktails The Berry Bewitched was the highest seller with 19 sold ($96 71) and 15 Haunted Horizons sold ($76 35) Ghost-ito only sold 3 drinks ($15 27) We plan to change these drink names to something fall related, and add a warm mocktail. The Tiger’s eye and Rose Quartz latte is tied for 3rd place with 14 sold. 86 lattes and 8 espresso shots sold That is an increase for both items We are 14 lattes short from reaching our goal We are projected to meet this goal in the month of Nov, as we continue to trend in the upward direction
The CMO completed café training early October and has been running solo shifts We have stopped counting our promotional drinks and employee drinks, that’s a blind spot in our café loss. CEO suggested we buy employee beans and milk. The snack bar sells increased 1.17%, our snack bar movement is successful We sold 70 chips/cookies ($64 40) & 15 candy bars ($30 60) The snack bar needs to be restocked We offered $13 08 in discounts to wonder resident/employees The café sells increased roughly 1 45% this month bringing in $1,089 34 Café made a daily average of $31 in October We didn't meet our goal of $50 a day, but we're making progress. Most of our goals remain the same.
We will prioritize our F&B license and be diligently checking-in with our baristas at least twice a month moving forward Siloé will complete café training in Nov and be able to run the café
Oct Café goals:

AIZEN’S
SOCIAL Trends
We ended the month with 87 new FB & 69 IG followers. We posted more on both platforms. Our reach decreased on FB because we didn't run any ads.. Our IG post has greater consistent reach, with multiple post over 300 and our highest interactions post. We are posting more reels, which is increasing our post views. Reels need to be cross posted to TikTok. This is a simple task Siloé can be managing. Our Fb post need clickable links in every post, because that reach can positively impact our unique views goal We aren’t tapping into that presently

WebsiteReportOct2024
We are inching closer to our goal of 500+ unique visits monthly. We're up almost 40% for unique visits with 64 more visits this month. Overall page views per unique visit is down slightly, but individual pages have increased views We need to update the Venue Rental page & add meet the artist on Who We Are page.

Our conversion rate decreased. Add more jewelry on e-commerce. The home page gets significantly more views consistently, that’s prime space 1600 page views means people keep coming back to our site. This is motivation to create a living every changing space that rewards repeat visits. Maybe a mini blog or a place for great photos & updates on all the fun and hard work we’re doing for the public. Thoughts? Interns could create the content and manage posting.
Thoughts.Reflection.

Our event page got 52 views which is up 13%, but less than Thrift-a-Gift Thrift-agift was created most recently and already received 53 page views. The Event page isn’t getting enough traffic. How can we improve this? We can start mentioning our website on our lives & in post captions on FB. Our audience wants more personal interactions with the artist/owners. That is a gold mine for increasing engagement & views

The majority of our traffic is coming directly to our website from affirmations with an 84% increase. An additional 74% increase from google searches, 225 views possibly from affirmations. People appreciate affirmations more than business cards. How are we going to keep this momentum with vendor season coming to a close?

OUR TOP SOURCE IS OURSELVES, HOW DO WE CAPATILIZE ON THIS? FOLKS LOVE THE FACES BEHIND AIZEN. WE WILL BENEFIT GIVING THEM MORE OF US AND ADDING CLICKABLE LINKS TOOUR CONSISTENT POST.
