REVOLUTIONIZING HEALTHCARE : AIT’S BREAKTHROUGH IN WIRELESS CAPSULE ENDOSCOPE LOCALIZATION

Description: The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) proudly announces a groundbreaking achievement in medical technology. Attaphongse Taparugssanagorn, faculty in the Department of Information and Communications Technologies, and Juthatip Wisanmongkol, a former doctoral student in Telecommunications at AIT and now a researcher at the Location and Automatic Identification System Research Team, National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand, played a pivotal role in achieving this milestone. The research, a joint venture with the University of Oulu, Finland, is funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020
