GENERAL CONDITIONS
All prices include VAT.
All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to confirmation.
CONFIRMATION OF FINAL NUMBER OF GUESTS
The average number of guests must be given two weeks prior to the event date.
The final number of participants as well as food and beverage menu selection must be confirmed, in writing, 7 days prior the event.
Cancellations free of charge can be made 72 hours before the event and up to 10% of the number of guests confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Initial deposit of 25% of the total estimated value for the event at the time of confirmation; A second deposit of 50% of the estimated value for the event two weeks before the date of the event; Final deposit with the remaining amount 72 hours prior to the event.
Any remaining amount to be settled immediately after the event.
A credit card authorization form must be filled as guarantee. The first deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
SCHEDULE AND DURATION OF SERVICE
The duration of service is cumulative with the services purchased.
Overtime: additional extra value will be applied for each additional hour to the cumulative.
ANIMATION AND HOSTESS SERVICES/PROTOCOL
The entertainment, as well as its cost and copyrights, the hostess service and protocol will be the full responsibility of the client through suppliers accredited by the hotel.
Meals and consumables of the contracted staff/musicians/ photographers are not included in the presented proposal and will be budgeted upon previous consultation.
EXIT OF FOOD PRODUCTS
The exit of food products from the banquet is not authorized.
ENTRY OF FOOD PRODUCTS
Any product requires express authorization and is subject to possible charges.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
The hotel reserves the right to be compensated for any damage or loss caused by persons or acts that endanger its assets.
The cost of repairing or replacing goods, resulting from damage, breakage or loss, will be charged to the customer at the sale price.
