The Master of Primary Health Care programme is jointly o ered by Western Sydney University and the School of Continuing Education of Hong Kong Baptist University.
The programme aims to equip nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and all healthcare providers on the knowledge and skills to provide healthcare services in the primary healthcare and community settings.

The tuition fee of the Master of Nursing (Clinical Leadership) programme is HK$15,750 per 10 credit points; Master of Primary Health Care is HK$15,000 per 10 credit points for the 2026/27 academic year that is to be paid in instalments on a term basis.

Aims
The Master of Science in Cardiology Programme aims to develop your interest in cardiology and provide up-to-date knowledge in the diagnosis and management of a wide spectrum of cardiovascular diseases, current issues and future direction of clinical cardiology. It is designed for professionals who plan to pursue a career related to clinical cardiology. Students will gain essential knowledge and skills needed for the management of cardiovascular diseases in diverse settings.
Thank you for your interest in the Master of Science in Cardiology Programme. Cardiovascular disease is a major public health concern. The prevalence of cardiovascular disease is increasing in Hong Kong, affecting both old and young people. There is, therefore, a pressing need to train more health care professionals specializing in the care of cardiac patients. The Master of Science in Cardiology Programme was established for this purpose. Since 2008, our Programme has provided high quality training covering a broad spectrum of clinical cardiology to students from different healthcare sectors. We are pleased to have graduated hundreds of healthcare professionals from the Programme equipped with advanced knowledge and skills in the daily management of cardiac patients in diverse settings. Our Programme aims to provide a comprehensive coverage in various aspects of clinical cardiology. Our students are from all walks of life including physicians, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, and other allied healthcare professionals.

Most classes will be held on weekday afternoons at the Prince of Wales Hospital, CU Medical Centre, and CU Main Campus. Class Venue is subject to change according to the operational needs.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must fulfill the general qualifications for admission to postgraduate study by the Graduate School of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a health care or medical discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent, plus one-year working experience.
