ARCHITECTURE PORTFOLIO | THEODORIDIS

In this portfolio, I present a selection of recent projects that best represent my approach to architecture.

For me, architecture is a way to shape and improve people’s everyday lives, at both small and large scales.

I am driven by curiosity and a constant desire to refine my work. I combine conceptual thinking with solid construction knowledge, with a particular focus on materiality, detailing and aesthetics, always aiming for context-sensitive and sustainable solutions.

I am currently attending a German integration course in Berlin and I am keen to further improve my language skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and swimming, and I often use my sewing machine for small tailoring projects.

Abstract Team project

This project embraces a slow-living approach, transforming the abandoned lighthouse on San Nicola Island into a serene retreat that blends with the natural landscape.

Local stone is used for exterior paths and interior flooring, creating smooth transitions between inside and outside and enhancing natural light. The spaces are open, flexible and interconnected, combining refined custom furniture with tactile materials such as raw wood, textured plaster and stone.

The atmosphere invites guests to slow down, disconnect from urban routines and reconnect with nature and the present moment.
