The Agape Youth & Family Center’s Class of 2026 is officially stepping into their next chapter Beyond the Cap and Gown! We are incredibly proud of their hard work, resilience, and leadership as they prepare for college, careers, military service, and beyond. Congratulations, Class of 2026!
At Agape, graduation is more than a milestone, it reflects years of support, mentorship, and community. For more than two decades, Agape has invested in children and families through academic support, mentoring, wellness programs, transportation, meals, and college and career readiness. Since 2009, we have proudly celebrated 103 high school graduates who have been with Agape an average of 11 years each. Brayan: Agape participant since 2nd Grade, North Atlanta HS, and attending the Universal Technical Institute to study Automotive Technology.
Isabella: Agape participant since 1st Grade, North Atlanta HS, Honor Roll, and attending Kennesaw State University to study Engineering.
Josue: Agape participant since 2nd Grade, North Atlanta HS, and attending Atlanta Technical College to study Plumbing.
Julio: Agape participant since 1st Grade, North Atlanta HS, and attending Atlanta Technical College to study Welding this fall.
Marisol: Agape participant since 5th Grade, Cristo Rey HS, and attending Kennesaw State University to study Nursing.
Kevin: Agape participant since Kindergarten, North Atlanta HS, and attending Atlanta Technical College to study HVAC.
Wendy: Agape participant since 2nd Grade, North Atlanta HS, and attending Georgia Southern University to study Biological Sciences.
Kimberly: Agape participant since kindergarten, Coretta Scott King HS, Top 5 of the Class and ESOL Exemplary Student of the Year Awardee, enlisting in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, and Agape Navigate Student of the Year Awardee.

Are you a teen or do you know a teen that is ready to grow leadership skills, build confidence, and make a real impact in the 30318 community? The Agape Teen Leader Program is now accepting applications! Students will gain hands-on leadership experience, community service opportunities, mentorship, and the chance to help create positive change across Atlanta. RAGTIME SENIORS
In May, we had a wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day with our Ragtime seniors! They were spoiled with treats, art, and lots of hugs with a special lunch sponsored by Councilman Dustin Hillis. Seeing their smiles and joy warms our hearts every time. Your gifts and support help provide for their daytime program and keep them active, connected, and cared for each day. COMMUNITY CONNECTION
WELCOMING ATLANTA
Mayor Andre Dickens’ Office of International and Immigrant Affairs is creating a connected, inclusive Atlanta that serves all through their program, Welcoming Atlanta. In May they launched their bilingual Early Learning program, “Semillitas - Little Seedlings,” which supports learning outcomes for our youngest neighbors and their caregivers! Through consistent, inlanguage engagement, this program will help Early Learners ages 0-5 to develop cognitive and social skills, as well as provide caregivers the tools they need to create a stable learning foundation for their children. We were happy to support the program along with the Friends of Sara J. González Memorial Park.
