The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba, Dr. Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II led a Mission to re-connect cultural ties with the African diaspora, promote peace and a new opportunity for Prosperity on June 9, 2016. His entourage consisted of esteemed Obas’, Chiefs, and dignitaries from the Yoruba land and beyond. The kings received warm welcome marked by ceremonies, awards, and events in NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD and DC. Among their Host were African Union, United Nations, Universities, Native American Confederacy and institutions. This report details African Views Organization’s role and contribution to the monarch’s mission’s success, and how the vision complements the Spirit of peace and cultural harmony agenda. It also includes video footages of the events as well as outcomes and new plans.
