John Deere Operations Center is the digital platform that connects equipment, people and data in near real time. As equipment operates in the field, the data collected is automatically streamed to the John Deere Operations Center account. CONNECTIVITY & EXPERIENCE

• Speak with our precision technology consultants about all John Deere Precision Technology products, including support for John Deere displays, receivers and modems fitted to non-John Deere equipment.
• We also assist with John Deere Operations Center account creation, setup and data management.
Automation and Autonomy
• Creating and managing boundaries, guidance lines, flags, products, and machines.
• Converting RTK to SF-RTK boundaries and guidance lines.
Diagnostics and Analytics
• Best practice for managing work data and ongoing account maintenance.
• Identifying diagnostic trouble codes and providing recommendations.
Insights and Intelligence
• We assist with the setup of documentation, section control, and AutoTrac, as well as optimising advanced solutions like Machine Sync, In-Field Data Sharing, AutoTrac Turn Automation and Implement Guidance.
Remote Support
• Provide remote phone support for John Deere Precision Technology products in all makes and models of machinery.
• Supply software update information for machines and universal hardware.
Training and Assistance
• Prescription creation training with Telus Prescription Creator.
• Free access to local training events throughout the year.
• 1:1 training with our precision technology consultants in our state-of-the-art Perth facility.
Machine Monitoring
• Maintaining plans and monitoring connected equipment.
• Notifying and assisting with software updates.
• Machine maintenance planning and service intervals.
Customer Success
