PREFACE In light of the ongoing war in Ukraine and the hopefully imminent return to peace, the rapid reconstruction of infrastructure will be a core challenge in a post-conflict state. GOPA aspires to actively contribute towards the strong recovery. Therefore, we have jointly developed this demonstration of our expertise and experience in Ukraine, across all units of GOPA.
