St Augustine’s School is a Catholic community of life-long learners empowered by Gospel values to shape and enrich our world.
Our school community endeavours to nurture and educate each individual intellectually, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Welcome to St Augustine’s Parish Primary School Business Directory.
Since 1926, St Augustine’s has been a nurturing, faith-filled and student-centred learning community. We are proud to be the oldest Catholic school on the Gold Coast, with a rich history of educating generations of students in the Coolangatta and Currumbin Waters community. Our culture is grounded in the charism of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (1926–1949) and the Missionary Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Conception (1950–1992), and is expressed through our school charism of Love, Community and Wisdom. These values continue to shape everyday life at St Augustine’s and guide how we respond to the contemporary challenges of educating young people. Our schoolwide expectations— Act Safely, Show Respect and Love to Learn—are deeply aligned with the charism of St Augustine, and we are committed to supporting every student to live these expectations.
In 2026, St Augustine’s proudly celebrates 100 years of education in the Coolangatta and Currumbin Waters area, marking our 39th year on the Currumbin Waters site. As we look to the future, we invite you to join us on this exciting new chapter and play a part in shaping the continued growth of St Augustine’s Parish Primary School. I am incredibly proud to be part of this vibrant and welcoming school community.
Families are at the heart of St Augustine’s, and we value the strong partnerships we share within our community. We look forward to creating further opportunities to strengthen these connections. This Business Directory enables us to support members of our school community by empowering families to support one another. We sincerely thank the local businesses featured in this directory for their ongoing support of our school, and we encourage our families to shop local and support the businesses that support us.
Our doors are always open to new families in the surrounding area. I warmly invite you to visit our school and experience first-hand the warmth, energy and spirit of St Augustine’s.
Blessings,
John Cameron Principal

God Our Father

Our planet and it’s people are hurting in so many ways, in so many places. Every pain, no matter the size, desperate for attention, solutions and change. BRAUS Foundation was founded with a vision to support our planet and it’s people by changing lives. Our focus is intentionally wide, enabling us to address multiple challenges simultaneously, simply providing a lifeline to people, communities and environments in need, without restriction. With open ears and an open heart, we listen to the community and act promptly for humanity with compassion, commitment and care.

In 2014, BRAUS Fight, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu attire brand was born, conceived by two young Australian/ Brazilian families with a shared vision to change the world. To the naked eye of the jiu-jitsu industry and it’s followers, the brand was conceived with the purpose of growing the sport and providing high quality, reliable, modern gear to train and compete in. This was never the only purpose. The brand established itself comfortably in the market place before introducing it’s primary purpose of setting out to create a better tomorrow for the world. It was, since conception, the plan to leverage the success of BRAUS Fights exposure for the greater good of all in the form of a not-for-profit which aspires to create an equal minimum standard for heath & wellbeing, education & opportunity globally. Put simply, to touch hearts and change lives.
Our community based Rolling 4 A Reason initiative was the original gateway for our social work, with over 20 projects completed before in 2022, BRAUS Foundation was born. Our legally registered ACNC charity (Australian Charities and Non-For-Profit Commission) has branches in Australia, Brazil, Nepal and Pakistan where we run localised projects supporting those in dire need of help.
Our focus is intentionally wide, enabling us to address multiple challenges simultaneously; simply providing a lifeline to people, communities and environments in need, without restriction. With open ears and an open heart, we listen to the community and act promptly for humanity with compassion, commitment and care.
Some of our current projects spread across the globe include:
• Providing all basic needs for orphanages; including quality education
• Building water wells, providing access to clean and safe drinking water to rural communities
• Food drives, providing food basics to families with nothing
• Building a well equipped school, supporting 6 rural villages with no education options
• Providing financial support and opportunity to disadvantaged children and young adults
• Sponsorship, gear and memberships to those recognised as having disabilities and those facing mental health challenges.

BRAUS Foundation is a privately run not-for-profit charity focused on impact, relying completely on volunteers with a shared vision to Change Lives. Our unique 100% transparency model guarantees all funds donated reach our projects in full. We ensure this by covering all operating costs of the Foundation via philanthropists, including BRAUS Fight. Donors can rest easy knowing their funds are doing what they were intended for.

Making a difference, Changing Lives, creating a better tomorrow… it’s an infinite journey available to us all. We’re always only one choice away from making a positive difference to another. Anyone can change a life. Always choose kindness.

The right Buyer’s Agent does more than unlock doors. We safeguard your interests, uncover true value, and negotiate with precision. With expert insight and a proven strategy on your side, you gain clarity, confidence, and a genuine competitive edge — even in challenging markets. WE SOURCE. WE INSPECT. WE NEGOTIATE.
Experienced. Strategic. Client-first.
With a background in nursing and a lifelong passion for property, Kath Mackay brings a rare blend of care, strategy, and commercial insight to real estate. Her transition into property was driven by one clear belief: buying well changes lives — and buyers deserve someone firmly in their corner. Kath combines handson market experience with a deep understanding of negotiation, value, and risk. From owner-occupiers to investors, her clients value not only her market knowledge, but the confidence and calm she brings to

With experience spanning property investment, interior design, real estate licensing, and property management, Kath understands property from every angle — not just how it looks, but how it performs.
What truly sets her apart is her people-first approach: clear communication, honest advice, and unwavering advocacy from first search through to settlement.
Professional guidance, delivered with care.

From the first call, Kath made my first experience into buying a property seem less! She was the ultimate professional and was a great communicator throughout the whole Process.
For someone who had no knowledge of realestate or the property market she made it unbelievably easy for me. I would highly recommend her services for someone looking to use a buyers agent to get into the property market.
Michael Dunn
Proud to be part of the St Augustine’s community Kath, her husband Adam Mackay, and their son Macaulay (Mac), who is in Grade 1, are proud members of the St Augustine’s school community. As a local family living and working on the Gold Coast, community matters deeply to them — and that same sense of care, trust, and integrity is reflected in the way Kath supports her clients.

The Palm Beach, Currumbin, and Elanora property market is always buzzing — and it’s easy to see why! Families, locals, investors, and newbies are all drawn to our relaxed lifestyle, amazing community vibe, and gorgeous coastline.
For me, real estate is more than bricks and mortar — it’s about people, memories, and moments. As a past St. Augustine’s teacher and parent who has seen four children graduate from St.A’s, cheered at countless football and cricket matches, and even survived a few dance recitals, every day reminds me why I love this place and my job.
With years of experience helping buyers and sellers, I know the property journey isn’t just about numbers — it’s emotional, exciting, and sometimes a little messy! My clients trust me for honest advice, clear communication, and genuine care, which is why so many come back or recommend me to friends.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or just dreaming about your next move, I’m not just a real estate agent — I’m a local, a neighbour, and someone who’s genuinely passionate about helping you love where you live.
Reach out anytime to explore your next property experience.
