GREATER Shepparton is growing at a rapid rate and the proof is in the pudding. Since the 2014-15 financial year, there has been an increase by $0.312M in residential building approvals across the region, with $97.938M recorded in the 2014-15 financial year compared with $98.250M in the 2015-16 financial year.
