Chef Robert Irvine and his team, along with Airmen from the 786th Force Support Squadron, hosted members of the Kaiserslautern Military Community at Ramstein Air Base, May 3. The importance of a good meal cannot be understated. There’s something about sitting down to a plate that’s been thoughtfully made. The aroma pulls you in first, setting the tone before you’ve even taken a bite. This past Sunday was when that importance was made clear at the Rheinland Inn Dining Facility. Professional Chef and host of Food Network’s show “Restaurant: Impossible,” Robert Irvine, recently visited Ramstein AB and specifically the Rheinland Inn DFAC making an appearance in the kitchen with some new meals as well. This event, which was brought about through the efforts of Armed Forces Entertainment, granted 15 Airmen the opportunity to get See Restaurant on Pages 16 & 17
