(there it is): OV 24-1 tests RAB readiness Story and photos by Senior Airman Andrew Bertain 86th Airlift Wing Public Affairs Team Ramstein completed its first iteration of Operation Varsity, OV 24-1, for the year after a busy week of training at Ramstein Air Base, March 8. This iteration was a continuation of OV 23-2 from May, 2023, focusing on testing the base’s readiness to operate in dispersed locations as well as our emergency response on base. Germany’s National Parks: Hainich National Park Even if you’ve only been in Germany for a short time, you probably know that forests are a big deal here.
