Bremen: A city explorer’s paradise

ANNOUNCEMENT From July 3 – Sept. 30, the A6 exit (toward Mannheim) and the Jacob-Pfeiffer Bridge will be closed for construction. Expect delays in traffic and plan for detours. The designated detour route will be Biellandstrasse, Opel Circle, B 270, and L-395.

Alive with music, food, drink, culture, parks, and water, Bremen is a brilliant place to visit. It has the vital energy of a Northern German city, but is much easier to navigate than Hamburg or Berlin. Worth a weekend, Bremen will surprise and delight you. See BREMEN, Page 28
